(should be johndoe and johndoe(AT)randomemail.com)
The only exceptions seem to be customers who have edited their account details, these show up as expected. When viewed under WooCommerce > Customers they all appear correctly without the added characters. Admin user details are as they should be. I just added a new test customer account and the details are all stored as expected, no extra characters.
The client has no idea how long it’s been this way. I run two other WooCommerce sites which don’t have the issue (and which are largely administered by clients with minimal input from me), and I don’t have much other experience with WooCommerce. I’m not even sure it’s a problem but I can’t find any mention of anything similar anywhere. It looks like the kind of thing a security plugin might do to obfuscate user details.
The only recent changes to the site: installed Easy WP SMTP and Log Emails (due to a customer not receiving an order confirmation recently), just before all this was noticed.
Before going into more detail I thought I would ask here if this is expected/known behaviour, or if anyone might know what’s caused it (and what, if anything, to do about it)? I thought it was not possible to edit user names. I have a number of backups which I want to try to see if it’s been this way for a while or has changed recently, but I wanted to ask here first in case there’s something obvious I’ve missed.
TIA.
]]>I am stuck with this small issue, I have created a registration page with ultimate members plugin, but once the account is created by the user, I am unable to access the details filled by the user during registration. Please tell me how to access those details. Also, please tell me how can I show the registration details in the account page created by ultimate members plugin. Thanks!
]]>Right now message sent to our customer is: You’ve received the following order from [BILLING_FULL_NAME]:
Is it possible to change it to:
You’ve received the following order from [wordpress_display_name]: – is there a placeholder fix for that?
Right now I made a dirty fix like this: You’ve received the following order from [username]: (but username consists of mail and some letter, so still not perfect
My problems is, that billing_full_name is the same person regardless off the user, so she is haveing problems trying to find out who actually made the order.
]]>I am using this plugin to display and update user details in a form. The form makes use of the wpcf7_before_send_mail hook to update user details with wp_update_user(). However after submitting the form the user values revert to their last known state. When I refresh the page the user details are appearing correctly as form values. Have I done something incorrectly or is this currently not possible with this plugin?

Costa
]]>If I assign a subscription manually through your “members” tab, the person never gets a prompt to pay (found another person’s thread from 2 years ago in which you promised similar functionality would be developed in the future). So then I don’t quite understand what the purpose of manual assignment is. Instead of “New member” your button should say “new payment exception” where you add a person since they never have to pay. At least that’s how I see your plugin operating at this time.
/register, /account, /account/subscriptions, and /account/payments, all display the subscription details (uggo), but none of them have a prompt to actually make a payment.
Also, how does one edit billing details after being assigned a subscription? Doesn’t seem to be a thing except in the registration form at the time you pick/pay for the subscription but only as a user. If you’re manually assigned a subscription before you make your first payment you never get a chance to edit that. Edit profile should extend to include billing details too. Credit cards expire, people move, you know, it’s not meant to last forever.
Last one: wow your plugin’s subscription details and payment histories are ugly. It’s like you’re stepping back in time to a site built in 1999.
Ok, all done.
]]>First of all, thank you very much for your time and effort on bulding such a great tool.
I would like to know the possibility of tracking the details of the user who is clicking on the link or visiting any pretty link.
Thanks,
Jay.
How can I access user-data from social media accounts connected to WordPress user accounts?
Specifically, how do I retrieve the email address that is associated with the PayPal account that users might be logged in with, also when they might have connected to multiple social media accounts, using different email addresses, or registered with email directly.
