Hello.

I’m running WordPress 5.3, Divi 4.0.6 and Imagify 1.9.8.

For a while I’ve had a site-wide problem with 404’s, more specifically has /undefined been added to the URL’s.

This hasn’t been notisable for a visitor to the site, but when running GT Metrix or any SEO tool it has reported 404 errors.

At first I thought it was a problem with Divi. When inspecting the source code there was a script at the top with “ET”-tags. Also, when switching theme to Storefront the problem resolved.

But, when deactivating Imagify the problem also resolved! It seems that Divi and Imagify doesn’t play nice together.

I still very much would like to use Imagify. But I also want to use Divi. Have you heard about the problem with /undefined before? Do you know if there’s a setting in Imagify that could change the usage of the script where “undefined” is used?

Our website has numbers on the end of the url https://www.bettergettothemarket.com/?v=79cba1185463
I am not sure if this is to do with wp super cache or the previous cache plugin w3 total cache. After disabling and removing wp super cache it is still there.

My website is also going down several times a day for a few minutes each time I’m worried it may be connected.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

How to downgrade form 4.2.2? 404 Errors

Ever since the “upgrade” to 4.2.2 all pages except the home page are receiving 404 errors.
I have tried following the instructions within other posts, some half work but nothing is fully resolved.
Ideally I would like to downgrade since my previous version worked perfectly and then all of a sudden 404 errors.

The issues that I have found so far are as follows:
1) All URLs have been changed
2) 404 errors on some pages even though I “re-saved” the permalinks to default – doing this changed all previous url’s.
3) My custom 404 error page does not come up, instead some default 404 error page comes up.

Hi Guys,

I have been sticking to the old (2.1) version of WordPress for long time. I was having foreign language character issues with the database but I finally figured it out.

However, once I upgraded to the latest. My url structure got messed up.

I have been using this string for permalinks:

/%postname%.htm

which was generationg

/post-slug.htm
/page-slug/

upon upgrade,

/post-slug.htm (which is fine)
/page-slug ( I lost the slash “/” at the end)

which caused other plugins (paged comments) are failing.

Is there anyway you could help me out here?
