I’m using your plugin and need to change the default courses url output to a custom url such as classes. Example:
https://mywebsite.com/courses/
need to change to
https://mywebsite.com/classes/
How can I make this happen?
]]>The issue is: URLs for background images do not update with the Elementor URL replacer or with third party plugins like better search and replace. This affects all instances where images are applied as background images.
These steps have routinely failed:
– Update URL
– Run Better Search and Replace to Replace URL
– Run Elementor URL Updater to Replace URL
– Regenerate Data
– Clear all caches
– Problem Remains
– Only fix seems to be manually reconnecting every image used as a background image
I deactivated the plugin and noticed my site started working right away. I deleted the plugin, then reactivated it, and now everything is working wonderfully.
Hope this helps someone!!

]]>If I enter a page my url is #section1. I can smooth scroll to #section2 but my url does not change.
It would be nice if the url address updates with every click.
Thanks for the plugin!
]]>I’ve re-designed a site for an existing site. The new one I’m working on is on a different URL (ex https://test.com) from the live site (ex https://live.com). I would like to apply the live site url to the re-designed site. What would be the best way to do this?
Should I just update the dns so that the live site goes to the new one? And if so, do I need to update all the URL’s on the new site so that everything goes to https://live.com instead of https://test.com?
I saw a thread that said to go to Settings/General Settings and update the WordPress Address (URL and Site Address (URL). Would I do this before we updated the DNS?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

How can I do this?
Thanks for the help!
]]>Now when I do a wordfence scan i get the following error:
Your DNS records have changed
Old DNS records: false
New DNS records: https://www.unitex.com.au points to unitex.com.au
Severity: Warning
Status New
We have detected a change in the CNAME records of your DNS configuration for the domain https://www.unitex.com.au. A CNAME record is an alias that is used to point a domain name to another domain name. For example foo.example.com can point to bar.example.com which then points to an IP address of 10.1.1.1. A change in your DNS records may indicate that a hacker has hacked into your DNS administration system and has pointed your email or website to their own server for malicious purposes. It could also indicate that your domain has expired. If you made this change yourself you can mark it ‘resolved’ and safely ignore it.
I have also noticed my index status has dropped by 90% in Webmaster Tools…
Anyone have an idea how to fix this?

]]>I finished developing a site with a url of https://dev.domain.com. I then preceded to update the site url and base url to https://www.domain.com.
Most posts and answers that I have found say to update the permalink settings. I did move the orginal one over that did not work so I created a blank one and let wordpress update it (yes i set the permissions correctly). I also tried changing the permalink structure to the default /?p=123. When doing that everything does work but then my urls are crappy and SEO unfriendly. Changing it back to postname did not fix it either.
I have also tried using Update URLs plugin to make sure that everything was updated to the new url (no errors).
I have also restarted apache and mysql.
