Our site is on Woo 8.8.3. We use an extension that uses the Rest API. It had been working great until about May 7.
I have been trying to figure out what the problem is. I have received many errors along the way. Today I received “Invalid URI “xxxxxxxx.com/wp-json/wc/v2/products”” and the task failed. The product is not imported, and nothing is logged in the server’s error logs.
Based on the fact that the extension imports and creates a new product using the Rest API, and we eliminated all other possibilities, doesn’t that point to an error in the API?
I am not a coder and I need the extension for my business. We use it every day.
Is my deduction wrong?
Thanks!
]]>We integrate with a system that still uses the legacy REST API.
We’ve seen legacy_rest_api_usages log entries daily since you added this feature.
Those entries unexpectedly stopped on May 9. I contacted the vendor that uses the legacy REST API and they tell me they haven’t made any changes to their app.
I tried disabling the legacy REST API in WooCommerce. This caused the connection to stop functioning. It also caused a new legacy_rest_api_usages log entry to be recorded.
So it seems the log is only recording failures since May 9.
The only change we made on May 9 was updating AutomateWoo to 6.0.22.
Edit: Correction, on May 9 I also deactivated, uninstalled, and reinstalled the Legacy REST API plugin version 1.0.1.
I will try updating the Legacy REST API plugin to the latest version to see if that resolves the issue. I’ll update this thread once I do that.
]]>so it follows a structure, but GSC says there is a URL not found
https://livingunrefined.com/enzymes-definition-and-functions/what-is-enzyme/
So the added bit on the end, I don’t know what this is extra bit /what-is-enzyme/ actually is, if you add this to the moved URL it is also coming up with 404 error.
So how to treat this with google? redirect everything after the slash with an *?
Why does google find these pages?
]]>Here is a screenshot to verify the above: https://thcgummies.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/screenshot-2023-03-07-at-9.38.21-am.png
As you can see, the domain URL (thcgummies.com) is being added at the end. I’m worried that this is affecting my rankings if this is how google is reading my URLs. Please Help.

define(‘WP_HOME’,’https://alchudaykin’);
define(‘WP_SITEURL’,’https://alchudaykin’);
update_option( ‘siteurl’, ‘https://alchudaykin’ );
update_option( ‘home’, ‘https://alchudaykin’ );
Please tell me what to do?
]]>Most likely since upgrading to version 2.14.0., when inserting an URL link to an episode mp3, the episode page returns “Fatal error” message, and cannot be edited anymore.
I’m using “HTML5 Player With Album Art”, and up until now I always copy-pasted the actual episode file link directly from my podcast hosting site (Buzzsprout – for example, the file link looks like this: https://www.buzzsprout.com/1959263/10929192-010-konfliktuskezeles.mp3)
If the file URL isn’t inserted, the empty player shows up correctly (however, this way the player is useless, of course). Have anyone experienced the same issue?
Many thanks,
Greg
We had this problem for several weeks and we can’t find a way to solve it.
It turns out that these segments are appearing automatically at the end of the links of the posts:
/ Verde Periódico Ecológico and /masverde.periodicoecologico
for example:
https://noticias.masverdedigital.com/la-hora-del-planeta-2018-estara-centrada-en-la-perdida-de-biodiversidad-como-consecuencia-del-cambio-climatico/%20Verde%20Peri%C3%B3dico%20Ecol%C3%B3gico
when the correct link is this:
https://noticias.masverdedigital.com/la-hora-del-planeta-2018-estara-centrada-en-la-perdida-de-biodiversidad-como-consecuencia-del-cambio-climatico/
that extra segment is causing continual 404 errors and preventing our users from accessing the posts.
We do not understand what may be causing the problem, we have already updated the permalinks structure and checked if there was any malware generating the problem but we did not find anything.
We appreciate your help in case someone has experienced something similar.
]]>Not sure this is the right place to post but hopefully i can get some pointers.
My website initially loads with /?i=1 after the url, and its full of layout errors, missing picture links, missing menus etc.
If i then click on the logo placeholder it reloads corrrectly, even thought the same initial url is loaded.
Any ideas what the /?i=1 means and how it can be fixed?
Thanks in advance
