But After using this plugin, my upload/Insert media Buttons stopped working. However I have unselected J-query scripts.
So I have now deactivated plugin, now Upload/Insert Media is fine working.
Please suggest me a solution as early as possible.
Thanks Very Much

]]>Today I deleted some media via the ‘Media Library’ page in my WordPress admin section. These images were ‘attached to’ a post called ‘War on Drugs‘, which is from October 2012.
I am now finding whenever I edit posts older than October 2012 on my website, the media ‘attached to’ those posts is not showing up in the ‘Add media’ popup window.
For example, when I edit my June 2012 post ‘Thin Air‘ and click the ‘Upload/insert’ link, I can see that there are 30 items in the ‘Gallery’ attached to that Post. When I click on the ‘Gallery (30)’ link, nothing is listed beyond the ‘ascending’/’descending’ tools.
When I click ‘Media library’ within this popup, I can only see the images from my website’s Media library which are more recent than the images I manually deleted today. WordPress is acknowledging my full tally of 608 images, but is only listing those from October 2012 onwards.
Can anyone suggest why WordPress is recognising that these images are ‘attached to’ certain blog posts, but is not letting me view them via the ‘Add media’ popup within a post?
Is there anyway to ‘reset’ the media/post relationships so that all of the relationships are fully recognised across all parts of WordPress?
Could this possibly be a 3.3.2 issue which is resolved in 3.4.x? Thanks in advance.
]]>I am developing a theme where I am using a custom post type name ‘photo’. I Want too remove ‘Upload/Insert’ Media button from this custom post type but at the same time I want to keep it in Post.
I found a code after searching where it remove the ‘Upload/Insert’ media button from both Custom Post type, Post and even from pages.
add_action( 'media_buttons_context' , 'test' );
function test() {
return;
}
Please help me to remove it only from the custom post type.
Thanks

]]>We have been using a WordPress Theme generated by https://www.yvoschaap.com/wpthemegen/ for over a year now.
When I click Upload/Insert the box is rendered far down on the bottom left and its unusable (full page screen capture to show this) Image2
I have tested by deactivating all plugins and re-installing 3.3 which seems to not matter. I still cannot use (or see) the Editor Visual Icon set. I tried other themes which did not make any difference with or without plugin’s activated. This was also no help https://en.support.wordpress.com/missing-visual-editor/ or this https://www.spyontech.com/how-to/missing-your-visual-editor%E2%80%99s-icon-after-upgrading-your-wordpress-here%E2%80%99s-the-solution.htm.
Any suggestions? Can I manually add any lines of code to resolve this? I’m getting frustrated that my CMS requires me to enter posts and pages manually… nobody else in my group knows how to do this so it all lands on me. Seems fairly simple to fix…?
Thanks.
]]>I also noticed that I can’t use the link button to create a link in the body of my post either. Not sure what is going on.
What’s interesting though, is that the upload/insert buttons will work in the “quick post” box when you first log into WordPress. Just not in “Post View.” I tried going to an older post to upload an image, and no luck.
Need help!
]]>I am using Internet Explorer 8 and WordPress 3.0. When I try to upload a photo,instead of opening a Window the image upload/insert replaces the blog page I am working on with no way to go back to the blog. When I attempt to insert the photo into a post the screen just goes blank.
Any thoughts…
Everything works well on my MacBook with Google Chrome, but I have also seen this behaviour on this platform as well

]]>If I try to Upload/Insert media from the Add or Edit Pages or Posts, the popup won’t popup. Took a look at the HTML on this admin page and if I check the URL that the Upload/Insert media button calls, the page opens just fine in a new browser window. So I know my problem has to do with the actual popup function.
]]>I checked my WordPress blog today and noticed that my ‘Add an Image’ button of the Upload/Insert section was not appearing on my Edit Post screen. In fact, all the small grey icons along that line had vanished.
I UNDERSTAND THAT POSTS HAVE BEEN PUT ON HERE TO HELP WITH THIS, BUT PLEASE CONTINUE READING:
I looked into the problem and found out that a quick re-install or manual re-install should work. I re-installed WordPress and the buttons displayed…BUT now every time I click the ‘Add an Image’ button, the image window doesn’t pop up using flash like it always did, instead it opens in the same window, taking me away from my Edit Post page.
I thought I could get around this, but when I try to upload an image, it doesn’t display. It shows that it’s in my gallery (the number goes up by one), but once I click it, there are just details of images and no actual image previews. The ‘Insert Into Post’ button does not work too. It doesn’t even respond when clicked.
Please help. What do I need to delete and re-upload for this to work? (I hope it’s that simple anyway).
Thanks
Andy
