Photos not uploading

I have always used a lot of photos on my site. However, today photos would not upload to WP from my computer. I was receiving the following message: The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads/2023/01. I tried numerous photos and all received this message. Last week I had an issue with my Bluehost provider where my site was not operating, but we resolved that issue, and the site is generally working except for the photo uploading.

Hi so far I’m hoping this plugin might fit the needs for our site. A few questions.

1) Uploading photos .. is this creating a new media library, storing the photos somewhere else creating duplicates of photos. Or is it just selecting photos that are currently in the media library and using those.

2) Is there suppose to be a notification if a user has already voted on an image already? What is the default settings for when a user votes, once per day, once per ip address?

As a side note, maybe you should create some videos or photos of settings and features. This plugin has a ton of features that words can’t explain, where photos would be better or a video.

Media Library not uploading all photos: HTTP error

`Hi,

I’m quite new to wordpress and am having issues uploading photos to my media library for my travel blog: www.butternutbutts.com. For around every 20 photos I try to upload, only 1 or 2 will actually upload, the others come up with the ‘HTTP error’ message. My site is hosted by bluehost and I’m using one of the free wordpress themes.

So far I have tried (and none of these have worked):
1) upgrading to the latest version of wordpress, twice
2) de-activating all plugins and re-activating them one by one
3) bulk/drop-and-drag/individual photo upload methods
4) waiting 2 days to see if the problem sorted itself

All my plugins are up to date, and I haven’t run out of disk space storage either.

I don’t know anything about coding so if there’s something I need to change in the HTML code please explain it really simply! Thank you so much for your help.

photos when uploaded in gallery not to size asm uploaded

I uploaded over 50 photos into gallery. All were sized at 1372 pixels and uploaded as such. 5 Photos though of the same size format uploaded withe far fewer pixels, mostly 432. I tried several times to get the correct size. Any suggestions?

I am having problems with photos not uploading to my Media Library. I’ve tried both selecting photos to upload and dragging and dropping. I keep getting an error message. Can you suggest anything I might look for?

Problems uploading some photos

In every batch of photos I upload, some of them will not upload correctly. Most are fine, but with a few of them they upload however in the media library they show as a grey rectangle, and if I click again I see a grey rectangle and not the image. I get a message of HTTP error when I upload these. I don’t understand why this happens for some photos and not others?
