When trying to upload a new square logo image that is at least 96 x 96 pixels, the upload button or drag and drop feature does not work.

Hi, i keep having the same problem, I have now on 2 site.
Adding the logo it appears really small, I have played around with sizes and can get around it, any help please?.

I need to upload my logo that is an EPS file and has a transparent background. If I upload it as jpeg, it shows a white box around it on the site. Is there a work-around for this?

I uploaded my logo onto my site which is the Virtue theme and the whole top of the page disappeared. How do I undo that and upload it in the top left corner? Thank you for any help.

Hi I need to know why once I upload a logo to my site, it automatically appear in the footer as well. I want the logo to only appear on the header but it somehow appear on the bottom which increases my footer height. Is there any way to remove the logo on my footer without removing the logo on header? Please help !

I have finally eliminated the site title, creating a blank area in which to place my logo, by using the code below. Which part of the code needs to change to get my actual logo uploaded? I assume is is the (https://files.witnessthis.co.za/2014/06/Image-Header-to-be-used.jpg) part, but how do I get my image file to look like that? The image is in my media library. My site is modernquilts.com but not yet active.

Hello,
I am using the Child Care Creative theme, version 3.8.2. I am in the Logo & Header Options where I am supposed to be able to upload my own .png image. I am unable to upload there and so it is telling me to: upload logo via FTP to here: wp-content/themes/child_care/images/logo.png. The only major problem I am experiencing in doing so is that I am fairly new to WordPress and I am not quite sure where to upload my image. Can someone please help me? Uploading Site Logo problem

WPTouch 3.1.5 (free) Bauhaus. Preview shows working well, but I seem unable to successfully upload my site logo in Bauhaus settings. I’ve tried various shapes and sizes of png and jpg, the upload green bar completes…. and then a blue question mark appears.
Any help welcome.
