I’ve experiencing a strange issue that affects onyl a minority of users on the WP site in question. So far a few users a suddenly unable to change or upload a pictire as their profile image. I’ve tried logging in with different users and the vast majority and still upload profile pictures so it’s not the function itself i suspect.
I have made a screenshot here https://snipboard.io/L5gPXe.jpg.
If i click “tilf?j billede”, add image in my langauge, then nothing happens with a faulty user but with a normal user account it works just fine and i get to choose an image from the medie library.
Does anyone have any advice on where to start troubleshooting?
]]>Nothing serious, but you need to keep an option OFF.
To load profile and cover images, the plugin option called “Disable PHP in Plugins” in the “System Tweaks” tab must remain OFF. Then loading images will work properly.

]]>I heard I should try to change the permissions of the wp-content thought I do not know to what. This is for the one client of mine who insists on using Godaddy for hosting and I’m not getting much help from the Godaddy Support team.
What should I do or what can I try to fix this?
]]>“An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.”
Interestingly, if I reload the page and look in the media library the image is there.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
]]>I am using Events Manager 5.3.5 with Buddypress 1.6.2. I have an error when I try to upload image from add media to details box in add new event page in front-end. I can upload image from event image field. I also have no problem to do this in wp-admin’s add new event page. The problem would only happen in add media’s pop-up upload files window in front-end. Anyone have any idea about this issue?
Thank you!
]]>Got a problem, I had another administrator install version 3.0.1 from 2.9.2 without my knowledge and now there’s a feature not working on the site.
Normally, when you’re writing a page or a post and you click on Upload/Insert image, it comes up as a “lightbox” ish ajax window on top of the page.
Now, when you click on it, it’s a completely new page, full screen with the interface jammed to the top left.
You can perform all of the normal functions, but when you go to insert anything into a post, it simply goes to a blank white screen.
My assumption is that this blank white screen is where it would have normally disappeared and then insert the object into the post.
Is this a known issue, is there a fix, etc?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Best,
Rob
