]]>Received an email telling me that I need to change to a commercial plan. I do not run any ads or sell anything on my site. It’s a hobby, not a business. Please can this be reviewed? I love Jetpack but I’m poor!
Thank you.

]]>The worst thing its that this is a surprise and will break your ability to take orders while you troubleshoot, due to the underhanded and secret removal of features from your website. I’ve been involved in software development and this is very underhanded.
After installing this “upgrade”, you will start getting contacted by your customers with “there’s no shipping options available, I can’t check out!”
Woo used to include USPS shipping rates for free with their software, and many older website are grandfathered in, which is good and right. BUT If you install this update, they will remove your free USPS shipping rates without telling you, and you will be forced to pay a subscription to an additional replacement plugin.
If you are one of these grandfathered in websites you are probably using a plugin called “WooCommerce Shipping & Tax” which is currently at v. 2.8.1 and is the free plugin which gives you USPS shipping options. On that plugin page it says: “Attention: Shipping features have moved to a new dedicated plugin.” That means If you install this plugin, that plugin will no longer work and you will have to start paying for USPS shipping method and rate calculations.
This plugin is Woo’s ploy to scoop up all of the older website enjoying free USPS rates and force them to pay for the service that has been free for years.
]]>I’ve been using a WebP plugin for image optimization on my WordPress site, and everything was running smoothly until I recently upgraded the plugin. Since then, I’ve encountered a serious issue where the plugin seems to be hitting the server multiple times, causing my website to not load properly and resulting in a 409 Conflict error.
The multiple server hits are significantly affecting the performance, and the site is timing out or displaying the 409 error due to the conflict.
Has anyone else experienced this issue after upgrading a WebP plugin?
Thanks in advance!
Sorry for title with “urgent” but we are losing customers.
In the example page provided, by default the payment methods are not displayed, the user must complete some fields for this. So the javascript of your plugin that checks the format is not executed, you have to go back to the field and change something.
I checked and found no compatibility issues.
To test, In the example page provided, fill in the fields:

]]>I’m using the free version but need to track the events like add to cart en begin checkout, which are not included in the free version.
Can I just purchase the Premium version and install it without overwriting the purchase and view item events tags that are already in GTM? And should I remove the free plugin in WooCommerce first before installing the Premium plugin or can I just overwrite the free plugin with the premium version without losing the settings that are already set?
