First time I’ve had issues

First Attempt would not complete and locked site in ‘Maintanence Mode” – Deactivaed plugin on backend of server to get back into wpadmin. Reactivated and tried update again.

Second attempt produced this error message: Update failed: Download failed. cURL error 18: end of response with 1851204 bytes missing

Images in Posts resized after 5.9 Upgrade

Hey there dear WordPress community,

This is my first post in this forum, so please forgive if I placed the topic in the wrong section.

I have a major issue after upgrading to 5.9 regarding the layout of my website. All embedded images in posts and on pages were automatically resized and now appear smaller than before. I looked up several articles online about problems with image sizes after wordpress upgrades, tried to insert suggested CSS codes, change the default size in the basic settings and downgrade to an older wp version but nothing is working. It seems that a certain code is overwriting the pre-set picture size and I seem unable to locate it.

I used the Classic Editor for creating most content since I don’t like the Block Editor. Within the Classic Editor mask, the pictures still have the size I dragged them into when creating the content. But the size doesn’t apply on the site.

I linked a post example below. The first image embedded (not the feature image) already shows the problem. The width of the image description is way larger than the actual image and gives an idea of how large the picture originally was. Can you please help me out?

Pro Version Issues

We have an unlimited license for the pro version and get continually charged for upgrades, however. Auto update will not work past version 2.3. Says update is available but it never upgrades.

Also, when attempting to login to the pro site to download an updated version it still only downloads the 2.3 version.

We reached out to support a few days ago but still haven’t heard back. I would recommend staying away from Pro version until author gets their website experience upgrade process fixed.

I just updated to the latest version and now it has broken all our images links!!!

The image src should be: https:/res.cloudinary.com/lax/image/upload/v1585693225/Taking-Care-of-Your-Perfume_kmve2l.jpg

Instead it is showing as:
https://blog.fragrance.reviews/wp-content/uploads/https:/res.cloudinary.com/lax/image/upload/v1585693225/Taking-Care-of-Your-Perfume_kmve2l.jpg

Please help! How do we fix this! ASAP

The Modula database is not upgraded automatically, I really don’t know why. Also I had to do some few fixes on settings to accept the custom CSS back. Besides of that is an amazing plugin.

Minimax 1.9.3 not working in WP 4.8

Hello,
I have a Minimax 1.9.3 working together with a Divi theme, it stopped working after updating to WP 4.8: The visual editor is there, but if you edit the contents of an HTML block, you get simply a blank popup with no editing controls.

Disabling the Minimax Plugin the pages turn to completely empty blank, so I am stuck in a pretty bad situation.

Currently rolling WP back to 7.5.

Images disappeard after WordPress upgrade (4.5.1)

Hallo to everybody.

Since I ‘ve upgraded WordPress to the last version, all the images in the website are gone; off course they are still in the wp-content folder, but I can’t see them anymore. And the media library shows me the lines with the names and the information about the files, but not the thumbnails. When I try to see the image through the permalink, I receive this message: “Image cannot be loaded. Make sure the path is correct and image exist”.
I tried to re-install WordPress and the theme, then I deactivated all the plugins, repaired and optimized the database: nothing happend.

Please, help me to figure this out.

I upgraded last week then began noticing that my urls have changed with the addition of “/contact/” after our website address (see below).

Link issues post upgrade to 4.4

Hi, recently upgraded our wordpress to site to 4.4 after several years of not upgrading. I don’t recall the exact version we were on previously. I am having some link related issues as follows:
– None of my portfolio images when clicked on are keeping their URLs and taking me to the portfolio page itself, it instead takes me to the top level parent page where the portfolio item resides
(when I preview the item it looks fine and has the proper link)
– I also noticed not sure if it’s related but my publish updates dates are not updating once I re-publish content
– lastly the permalink for any new items I add aren’t set properly. I select a parent page but the link doesn’t contain the url of the parent for some reason

Appreciate any suggestions, thank you
