Upgrade error invalid function

Hello,

I am new to WordPress and I have a site with an old version (4.1.40) that I need to upgrade to version 6.5.2.

After the upgrade I get this error:

Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: call_user_func_array(): Argument #1 ($callback) must be a valid callback, function “cptui_register_my_taxes_collection” not found or invalid function name in C:\wamp64\www\mysite.local\wp-includes\class-wp-hook.php on line 324

This line is in file: wp-content\themes\HZ\functions.php.

If I disable it, everything works fine.

I would like to know if it is ok to disable it, I can’t find what is this code for.
Is there a different function I should call instead?

site broken when updating to 2.29.2

When I try to upgrade from 2.27.2 to 2.29.2 of core GiveWP plugin I get the whitescreen with the message ‘your site is experiencing technical difficulties’ . When I re-instate the older version of the plugin (2.27.2) the problem is fixed? Therefore, there’s something about the latest version of the plugin that breaks my site?

error when updagrding to Version 1.76.0

Hello Support,
I would like to file a report about the error we encountered(image attached) on our client website when we update the PeachPay plugin to Version 1.76.0. For now, we downgraded the PeachPay version so the error won’t disappear from the site. Kindly have a look at it, we cannot upgrade as long as the error exists and it would take a toll on our client’s ecom website.

WP update causing site issues

Hi
I have been using my site now for just over a year without issues until this lastest WP update and since then my site has done nothing but play up.

Even after a restore backup process the problem is still there, I contacted my hosting provider for help but they also can’t find where the issue is.

The PROBLEM!
If you have a look at my domain name which I added here it has (/?v=6cc98ba2045f) after it and this has appeared after upgrading to the lastest version and I can’t find it anywhere to remove it as it is permanently displayed after every page on the website.
I also checked the config file, settings, and everywhere I can think of.

Help on where I can find this to permanently remove it would be greatly appreciated

if we don’t upgrade the database

Hi members,

With latest version of learnpress if we don’t upgrade the database, will it cause any problems? (as database upgrade failed and re-upgrade messes up the with the dashboard access and website).
So the only option remains is to not upgrade the database? any other solution?

Database Upgrade Error

Hi, I have recently upgraded Learnpress plugin from version 3 to 4 and when I am trying to upgrade the database, I am getting the following error.

Cannot read property ‘top’ of undefined

We even tried disabling all themes and plugins and used the default theme but I am still getting this error.

I tried to run the Reupgrade Database button. It upgraded the learn press database but it ruined the entire design of the website.

How do I fix this?

I tried contacting the theme support

but they say it’s learnpress issue and they won’t be able to fix it.

I have upgraded learnpress to . It is asking for database upgrade. When I start for that a list of activities starts. It get stuck at
“Backup Tables learnpress_user_items, learnpress_user_itemmeta, learnpress_question_answers, postmeta, options”
after 60% progress , it throws a error
The response is not a valid JSON response.
Please help. Because of this enrolment functionality is not working.

Upgrade Won’t Install

I installed the free plugin version of Multi Currency for WooCommerce and then pressed upgrade within the plugin, it took me to the page on EnvatoMarket, i paid for the upgrade, then it took me to the page to press download, so i downloaded the zip file, when i try to install the upgraded plugin it is saying this message:
