Hi my website looks completely messed up after I just recently updating your theme. What do I do to fix this??

Visual Composer child folder disappearing during update

When I update Visual Composer, as it’s unpacking the Zip file the folder /visualcomposer/visualcomposer gets removed causing the following error.

We’ve been experiencing this error for quite some time and the only way to update the plugin at the moment seems to be to manually upload the zip file and extract it from the command line.

Is this a known issue and is there a way to fix it?

Only first Author can modify post – subsequent authorsnot allowed to modify page

Hi.
This may not be a problem with Capabilities.
I have multiple authors for posts (with the Co-Author plus plugin).
However, since the last week, only the first author is allowed to update edited posts.
The other authors can edit but upon clicking Update, receive the message that the page cannot be updated.
Any ideas?

I have a GoDaddy hosted WordPress site and all was working well for a couple of years. I’m not a Wordpess expert by any means. Recently I have run into trouble trying to update some, but not all, pages on the site. After making edits to a page I receive either a “Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.” or “Updating failed. You are probably offline.” When I get the offline message I’m sometimes unable to reconnect, as if the site crashes, but if I wait a few minutes I can get back in again.

I can edit posts, topics, and some pages without any problems. The are a few pages though that I cannot edit, they error as described above.

I have checked the site health in tools and there are no problems. I found some other forum posts that talked about rebuilding the .htaccess file and changing/saving permalinks, but none of these solutions have worked for me. I am at a loss to figure out how to debug this let alone fix it and I don’t see any page elements that stick out to me as being different between pages that I can update versus those that I cannot.

This is immensely frustrating for me!

My WordPress is up to date according to the dashboard as are themes and plugins. It is WordPress 6.4.2 I have tried logging in from a different computer on an entirely different network and it is the same behavior.

Hello,

I have an issue and I really need help. A few months ago we had to terminate our IT company. A few days ago i went into our website and i received this message.
“Sorry, I need a wp-config-sample-php file to work from. Please re-upload this file to your wp installation.” The IT consultant created and purchased the domain name on behalf of my company. I created the website and pointed it to the URL that he created. Currently, he has the site going to her nameservers. Can you please advise as to:

What does that error message mean?
How can I find out what caused the error?
How do I go about getting the domain name and relaunching the site.

Please advise .

I am using flatsome theme V3.17.1.1
I got an error while automatically updating woocomerce from Version 8.3.1 to version 8.4;
The error message is as follows:

Update error: Unable to copy file. woocommerce/vendor/composer/installers/src/Composer/Installers/ClanCatsFrameworkInstaller.php

WP Fastest Cache Premium not Updating?

An error occurred while updating WP Fastest Cache Premium: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

In most recent update thumbnails on gallery are missing. WordPress was updated to v6.3.1 and Additional Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce to 1.3.20.?When updated thumbnails in slider below the big image are missing. You can view it in the link shared.

Hello,

I have my blog hosted with Bluehost with theme karuna. I made some updates to one page and one article, and although updated, the readers only see the previous version, without the alterations.

I contacted bluehost support and they told me I should talk to you, because the issue is with the theme. Response from Bluehost support below.

“The issue is with the theme you are using . You will need to check with theme provider they may provide any update or steps to resolve this as we do not have access to theme settings”
