Mobile shows as white page

Your latest plugin update about Nov. 20 is causing mobile sites to show as a white page only. I installed a backup and turned off auto-updates, but it keeps updating overnight and causing the same problem daily. I’ve fixed it now, so it won’t show up again until tomorrow morning or whenever the new update installs. Desktop version is fine. It’s very odd. If you could fix the bug, that’d be great. It’s causing an awful lot of unpaid work.

Fields gone since the new update WordPress

As you can see in the picture, the fields have disappeared and I can no longer make entries. How can I fix this?

Critical error in latest update – crash my WP

I updated to to the newest Yoast SEO 21.9 in my WordPress. After this the wordpress chrashed and gave the error log below:

Removing the plugin on Linux command line helped and no problem anymore. Reinstalling the plugin in WordPress and it works again.

I do not know what happened in update. I keep the updated plugin if developers want to see it.

I have to edit my review. Sadly, there is a bug in the most recent update (Nov 2024) that is causing mobile to appear as a white page. I narrowed it down by installing a backup and updating plugins one at a time. This is the guilty party. I’ve turned off auto updates, yet it continues updating and causing the problem daily. So much time lost. Angry customers. Please fix this bug.

I am thrilled to have found this plugin. I lost so much time trying to create something like this. This plugin will save you hours of work. It works beautifully. My customers love having their Google reviews on their site.

WP neither save my posts nor save the pictures I upload

Hi people!

Like 2 weeks ago, (the days WP updated it′s version), I suddenly started having trouble with my blog posts.

They had worked well until that point.

From then onwards it just does not save and publish the articles properly.

In fact, to appear as “published”, I have to manually change from “draft” mode to “published”.

When I finish writting the post and press “save”, It starts “thinking” and does not get out of that mode. And does not save any changes.

I′ve already:

Deactivated all the plugins and tested if it was ok. But even without the plug-ins on it works.

Tested the blog in another browser in another pc. It still goes wrong

Tried to deactivate the theme and test with another, but WP doesnt show me the other themes available either. They dont appera even when they are there. So cannot change the theme.

Any idea?

This bug is quite irritating when I see that nothing that I do works….

Plugin deleted all forms after update

Everything worked fine, until I updated plugin this morning.
After update plugin has deleted all forms that I have created earlier.
Now I tried to create new one but it wont work in combination with elementor.
Also from elementor I see old forms, but I cant reach them trough cost calculator, in plugin forms are empty.

Can You please help?

Unable To SAVE stories since update

Your recent update has broken the option for me to update/save my stories.

Deleting a slide and adding a new one to a published story and then hitting the update button has it spinning without end, rendering it impossible to do work.
No matter which story, the issue persists.

Need help asap as we were hoping the new update would have fixed previous problems and not made it worse.

Woo-commerce update 5.7 bug?

I’m working on a website that is going live in one or two weeks, I’m currently finalizing the payment/ bank integration.

Yesterday I was trying to add some requirements the bank asked to include and for some reason my Divi Theme wasn’t working properly. I activated safe mode and Divi started working just fine. I deactivated safe mode and started looking for the plugins that were interfering. Apparently, Woo-Commerce (ver. 5.7) was the culprit.

Also, my client tried making a purchase and got a message saying there was no payment method available. We know there are payment methods available because we just finished the payments testings and we were about to try using real credit cards.

Just wondering if the new update is the one messing up the checkout/payment process…
I’ve been reading that many stores have been having issues since the update. I hope they fix this SOON!

Half the times I hit “update” to this plugin, it finishes correctly, but when I refresh the wp-admin page, the standard “your site has found an error” message appears, blocking your access to the backend. Delete plugin through ftp, install again, repeat on the 97 freakin other projects… No other complain about the plugin, works very good, maybe a bit slow when editing the pages or posts.
