I am trying to add Upsells to all of my products. I am using a generated list of strings formatted like the following ‘SKU-1|SKU-2|SKU-3’ so that each product has 3 upsells linked. When I merge products with the updated csv. It doesn’t add any upsells to product pages. Is there something I’m forgetting to do? or a formatting issue?

Note: When I exported, the csv originally, with some of the upsell column populated from manually editing in the product page, it was in the format ‘{id}|{id}|{id}’, but I’d really prefer to use SKUs

Upsell + Cross Sell Conflict with google tracking plugin

Hi There,

I’ve had issues with the tracking plug in and woocommerce feature for up sell and cross sell with related items.
Normally when I use these widgets they work fine but when I use another plug in for google tracking, it causes the widget to go super big in size and go off screen as well as showing coding below the product picture for the up/cross sell which isn’t normally there.

This error has shown with multiple plug ins not just the one I’m using at the moment.
I believe it happened with “Site Kit” from google as well when i did it but because of lack of accurate conversion data google techs had me use “Pixel Manager for WooCommerce” by Sweetcode.

I have screen shots to assist with seeing what the error is. For now i’ve removed all the cross/upsell functions with the website as it causes the error.

Hello and good day.

Up-sell & Cross-sell are not populating all products when completing title product.

Some products are there but its not seeing all of them.

I have tried different variations of the title word with no success.

Hi,

When I add a product as cross sell to another product it will show on the single product page (as it should do).

But when I disable that certain product, for it to be hidden on the whole website it gets hidden everywhere but not on the cross sell section of the single product page it is attached to..

I have been looking for a plugin that can help implement a next logic for WC related products: show similar products by the same price or plus 25$.

It was pretty easy to implement it with this plugin.

The free version of the plugin is USELESS!

There is nothing you can do with the free version of the plugin. On every option there is a direct link to the PRO version. The design tab contains 30(!) times the following link “Upgrade to Pro version”

Giving 1 star, because 0 stars is not an option!

Cross-sells and up-sells only if I want this

Hello support team!

I use Astra with Elementor Pro and WooCommerce – the latest versions in each case.

“Similar products” are always displayed at the bottom of the product page – but I only want this if I have entered cross-sells or up-sells in the backend.

up-sell shows me double image of the products

When I activate up-sell it shows me in any product 2 products that may interest the customer, and I get double images, I have tried to modify the settings and it remains the same.
