pmpro unsuscribe + buddypress cancel

Hi,

As I understand, if the user first cancels the subscription (using the frontend pmpro /?levelstocancel=1&confirm=true), can, after that, still access to the site and delete the account.

But if the users deletes first the account, can not be able to cancel the subscription, beacuse he can not log in…

I am just wondering what happens if a registered user with an active pmpro subscription deletes his account via buddypress (/settings/delete-account/)… will the pmpro subscricption cancel or remain active?

Hello everyone. We have implemented the membership plugin to make a page of our site accessible only to subscribers who have paid a subscription. We have installed a recurring payment (every month) with the paypal and stripe buttons.

When a subscriber stops his recurring payment at paypal, he no longer has access to the protected page of the site. We would like to have access available until the end of the current month.

Could you help me please

I have a problem with unsuscribe url.
When I click on it (when I test newsletter), it doesn’t do anything.
blank page.
I don’t remember if the plugin did a webpage automatically… before.
Or not.
Perhaps someone of editors, delete it?
What can I do?

custom unsubscribe page problem

Hi,

I have set up my own unsubscribe page with the appropriate shortcut but when clicking “view page” it doesn’t show the appropriate page I have created, which shows all the appropriate fields.

When clicking view page it goes to a page which reads:

“No e-mail found, please try again.”

Please I need some help in identifying what is wrong.

Great plugin by the way.

Salve, ho installato il plugin, mi sembra semplice da utilizzare, comode le liste e comoda l’importazione di nuovi nomi.
Purtroppo non riesco a capire come funziona la disiscrizione.

I made a long and boring translation but if seems, when i send email “unsuscribe feature” and “browser version” are still in english… Does this footer entry are hardcoded ?

Hi I would like not use the admin page to manage subscriptions. I would like to show a Check box to Unsuscribe. Can I do this?

I want provide my suscriptors a way to unsuscribe directly on the web via form, without clicking email’s link. Is it possible?

I was trying to figure out by my self how to do this, but I supose that the link contains a token identifying user’s adress and I don’t know how implement a form that generate that token when someone types his/her email adress…
