unsubscribe shortcode not working

I follow the mailpoet setup guide to insert [mailpoet_page] shortcode to a new page with slug as unsubscribe, and set the mailpoet setting basics unsubscribe page section of confirmation page and successful page to this unsubscribe page. When open the unsubscribe page at the frontend, it does not show up the content of the unsubscribe message as expected but just display the shortcode itself as shown in the link provided above.

However, when in the backend mailpoet setting basic page, when doing the unsubscribe page preview, it shows the message as expected, as show in below link.

I wonder what went wrong in this unsubscribe page setting and the [mailpoet_page] shortcode?

Every time when updating MailPoet the Unsubscribe page => Confirmation page seems to reset from specific page to Mailpoet page. So outrageous.

It would be useful to have a page for the cancellation of the user subscribed to the newsletter. The user accesses the page, enters his email address and receives a confirmation email with a link to click to complete the process.

Hello,

I’ve been using this pluging for a long time, since 2014 maybe?
Anywaye at the begning I could edit default page for unsubscribe, because I’ve added there some pictures.

I would like to add different picture and some form, but I can’t edit it.
When I go to settings and click edit defaul page for unsubscribe then my browser open new tab or window with SAME page with settings.

So… what am I doing wrong?

can not (it's not possible) change Confirmation / Unsubscribe / Profile pages :(

I would like to change Confirmation page, Unsubscribe page and Profile page of MailPoet (Wysija) plug-in (at my site Vedavrat.org).

I tried to use this instructions:

I created three pages for own (customized) Confirmation / Unsubscribe / Profile pages.

But, after changing the page name (that should show up when your subscribers click on the link) and saving the settings, again in the page list an old (previous standard) page (page name) is seen.

Problems are the same for changing of the Confirmation page, the Unsubscribe page, and the Profile page…

Why?
What’s wrong?

Unsubscribe confirmation page

Hi,

I’ve been using your plugin since August 2013 and it worked perfectly.

However, some users are reporting that when they unsubscribe, they don’t get the “good-bye message” on the unsubscribe page, but istead of that they are redirected to “subscribe welcome message”.

Therefore, while unsubsribing they’re confused and don’t know if the succeeded in their need to remove their address from my e-mail base.

What may be the problem? How can I solve this?
