1503 “PTK Pattern Store” Errors

After updating the WP version to the latest, the shipping/checkout no longer works. Logs show 1500+ Warning Empty patterns received from the PTK Pattern Store errors. I have tried deactivating plugins, one by one and all of them and nothing is working. I do not have a recent backup to restore with the previous version of WP. Please any advice is greatly appreciated.

Several issues not solved, need help or leave

hi! we’ve been facing several issues working with the plugin. We managed the designed of the site with Elementor plugin, in order to have Woocommerce plugin perfectly installed, we had to also add Woolementor to convine them both. I don’t know if this three plugins have uncompatibilities between each other, although everything is up to date, but certainly several things do not work propertly. We are trying to understand what causes these issues. Please have in mind that we purchased the pro versions of the plugins for best performance.
First, I assume that all the pages that Woocommerce provides (for instance the checkout page), all the possible modifications to do here, are mostly for coding, something only a programmer is able to do, which we are not, and was not the main idea for the project. So here I can find our first limitation, related to any mod in every Woocommerce page. Correct me if I’m wrong.
Second thing, is that, in spite of switching off “My Account” creation and “Checkout Login” from the Woolementor Widget, inside Woolementor plugin, in the check out process, it is necessary to make an account registration anyways, which we consider absolutely undesirable.
We made a try putting some product at the lowest cost in order to “buy it” just to see how it developed. Even though we had to make the registration anyways, made the purchase, but we never received any notification via mail.
These are some things to name a few, the actual feeling here is that, even though we did pay every plugin for the best performance possible, we think it works absolutely wrong every single step, and considering the importance of ecommerce processes, it should give more certeinty than doubt. To be honest we are feeling doubty to put this to work, thinking that we don’t want mayor issues involving clients and security procedures.
Please let me know your thoughts, and let me know what do I have to double check if I am missing something that makes this seem defectuous or unreliable, sorry if I am completely wrong. I will really apreciate any kind of guidance or help. Thanks.

Robo gallery square thumbnails in full resolution

Hello everybody,

I just purchased the pro version in order to find a way to make the thumbnails appear as squares in full resolution. Unfortunately I didn’t find a way to do so for the landscape orientated images. Is there a setting to make such square thumbnails in the full resolution view to have best experiance with the gallery?

Hello,

I have the WP Manater Pro version. After the update to the last version, it will display a button to activate the plugin. However, the plugin is already activated. Also, when I click on the Project view, it will not display the existing project. When trying to access any Pro feature, it will request me to purchase the Pro version.

I have a a huge problem with this plugin the last 8 days. Here is the problem, I have updated all the plugins even the theme and has stopped working. All the products are simple and not variable. Why this is happening???

Social Sharing Engine is not sharing post image in Facebook

Hello, I am using this plugin for social sharing and is presenting a little issue, may be is not a plugin issue because I tried with Monarch Social Sharing for a test and I had the same problem.

I think we configurated a pretty hard HTACCESS or something but I am not sure any more.

When users share a post in twitter everything goes Ok….. but in facebook the social sharing engine does not load and shares the post image.

I tried a lot of things but it still happening..!!!

Cannot upload files to wp-content/uploads

Hi,
I recently updated a clients site and have been unable to upload files to wp-content/uploads, or it’s sub directories. With either of the following messages coming up

“The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads.” – If organise my uploads into months and year based folders in unchecked.
“Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2014/10. Is its parent directory writable by the server?” – IF it is checked

Making the directory permissions 777 DOES fix the issue but I do not conisder this a safe permanent solution. I have found many posts similar to this but none of the solutions work for me.

Things we have done

Checked file permissions are 644 for files 755 for directories
Tried more permissive permissions are 664 for files 775 for directories
Confirmed ownership of files is user:user (t17543:t17543)

Our shared hosting server set up is: Apache/1.3.41 (Unix) mod_gzip/1.3.26.1a mod_fastcgi/2.4.2 PHP/5.2.10 mod_throttle/3.1.2 mod_psoft_traffic/0.2 mod_ssl/2.8.31 OpenSSL/0.9.8b mod_macro/1.1.2

NextGEN Monoslideshow – Abandoned?

Since no one is getting answers and nothing has been done to this addon for over two year it seems like it’s sort of abandoned.

If it isn’t it would be really nice to know how to get the monoslideshow to be the default slideshow viewer for NextGen Gallery since it’s an option in this plugins settings.

It would be really nice if Alex Rabe took some time and decided if he want to update this plugin so it works for those of us that have bought the monoslidshow and are using NextGen Gallery or atleast tell us that he has abandoned this plugin.

If Alex (or someone else) solved the problems with this plugin I would gladly donate (as I’m told to do in the administration of the gallery). But since I’ve already payed for monoslideshow and it won’t work as deafult slideshow for NextGen Gallry I consider dropping the gallery in favour for only using the monoslideshow.

Hope to get an answer pretty soon.

Missing Posts

I wrote some articles and after a while, 4 of them disappeared. I can still see them on site admin -> manage but not on the main page.
They are published.
I can still access them with the correct url so they still exist.
My posting date of some articles had changed simultaneous with the strange disparition of articles.

Editor Paragraph/Line Breaks Inconsistent

When writing using the WYSIWYG editor, it will sometimes create a new paragraphy when enter is pressed, other times it inserts a line break. In the case of the line break, it will appear as though a paragraph has been created. Only when you save and continue editing is the paragraph displayed as a line break.

To fix, one must edit the HTML.

This makes the WYSIWYG editor almost unusable. I’ll never be able to train my users to edit HTML in the popup window, and it turns them straight off of blogging.
