It can select published posts but I can’t publish the posts until I have the side bar in place.

Am I missing something or can this plugin not work with unpublished posts?

I am attempting to create six unique sidebars for six posts, all of which are in draft form. When I search for the posts in the search box for your plugin they don’t appear but if I search for published posts I can find them.

Is the plugin incapable of searching for unpublished posts?

I need to be able to make ready the sidebars before publishing the posts and not the other way around.

Multiple editors have asked me if they could make a comment on the article right after they edit the post and schedule it to be published, but before it is actually published.

This makes sense, since the editor has already read the post, so I would like to make it easier for editors if possible.

This ticket modified wp-comments-post.php to no longer allow comments on future posts, among other post status’.

Is it possible to modify your plugin to allow comments on future posts again? We absolutely love your plugin and use it display our upcoming events, but not being able to comment on those posts is a huge bummer.

The only solution I have is to basically revert the patch for wp-comments-post.php and remove future posts from its validation. Modifying the core is not my ideal solution, but, being a designer, plugin development is beyond my skillset.

I’m hoping you can modify your plugin to make this work.
