It just seems like the plugin send the complete e-mail faster than the payment status is changed, but I don’t know how to debug this issue. It doesn’t look good to the buyers and makes workload for the shop manager, who has to answer questions about payments.
Thank you!
]]>If a client isn’t paying for WP Rocket or Litespeed, then we’ll automatically try and add W3 Total Cache to the site. Decent caching is so important to site speed, and having a free alternative is just too good to pass up.
If you don’t have a caching plugin, and you can’t afford to pay, then you should definitely be hitting that download button.
]]>I am testing woocommerce + products vendors extension commission pay with Paypal Payouts in Sandbox mode:
1. Paypal Sandbox Business Account has been activated for payouts.
2. A new REST API App has been created for this account
3. Creditials of the REST Api App have been put into Admin backend > woocommerce > setup > products > vendors form fields.
4. A payment-Test has been started from Admin backend > Commissions > Pay Commission (for a checked order having UNPAID comission status)
5. The Sandbox API Call History at developer.paypal.com says: Http-Status was successful for the endpoint /v1/payments/payout.
6. Paypal Sandbox Vendor Test account has received the commision payment!
PROBLEM:
—
However the the commsion payment status at Admin backend > commisions > single order record DOES NOT has been cjanged. It still remains UNPAID!
Obviously the paypal sandbox REST API Response was not received/processed correctly.
My QUESTION is:
—
How I can debugg the API Response processing in order to localize the error. May be the API Response is not the right one?
Thanks for help
Frank
I have troubles with the Plugin when one chooses to see a single product page and click the buttom “Paypal Checkout”. Then, it′s begin to load but nothing really happens.
After a while loading I get the cancelled order and this message:
Unpaid order cancelled – time limit reached. Order status changed from Pending payment to Cancelled.
Could you help me to solve this problem, please?
My WooCommerce version: 3.3.1
