Then you realize that all Elementor compatible ones want Pro (paid) package.
Only the ones for Gutenberg are free.

I think it’s a scam.

Activation doesn‘t work, seller doesn‘t respond! Don‘t buy it!

Bought the Pro version but activation is impossible. The plugin says that the license is not activated.

Every try to get in contact with the author failed. No response at all. Keep away from this plugin!

pCloud upload stops functioning as soon as subscription ends

Too bad that I cannot backup anymore, as soon as my subscription is ending.

I understand not receiving new “Pro” updates, but it’s not fair to prevent uploads.

Easy set up

so the plug in does what it says ! Our team used the plug in to help us set up the website. It was great to be able to put the website together. But not without its problems . Sometimes updating the website would fail and you would have to delete items from website and put them again .

it’s cumbersome and slow for countries with slow Internet. But over all it works great with quick drag and drop options . However due to the financial collapse our team learnt how to build websites, and within 10 months managed to produce the same product , faster and more efficient. However for people who do not wish to invest 10 months from their time to learn programing online (javascript , php and html ) elementor gives you all the tools required to get the job done on a professional level.

Becareful of the auto renewal. I personally deactivated the auto renewal but for some reason it didn’t take , could be because of the crappy Internet in Lebanon or whatever. But if you don’t get an email confirming then it didn’t happen. And according to elementor, refunds are only for new contracts , so renewals are not protected .

also check your junk mail since elementor emails might be in junk. And the auto renewal is only one email sent 1 month before the operation. For some the low fee of elementor Pro might be nothing , but for us that amount is massive , especially after the financial collapse.

Apart from that. Elementor is a very good plugin to have if you want your website to look professional

Old and buggy theme

I bought Goldy Mega Pro WP theme but it didn’t work. Featured sections crashed. The slider went very badly, zoomed in on a small thumbnail. They couldn’t help me, even though I asked for a newer, improved version. I asked for my money back, but they didn’t give it to me. Incorrect, unfair company.

Misleading and poor support response time

I was really hopeful for this plugin as it advertised to be the solution to my problem, but after many attempts to get it to do what I thought it would, i finally got a response from support that that feature is not available.
It took me 3 days to get such a response.
I tried to login to the support desk, and it would not let me in. I could get in to profilegrid.co but it would redirect me to metagauss and then my identical credentials that I used for profilegrid.co would not work. I tried numerous times to get some help, and so far still nothing.

Free Version does not import ACF fields or custom field

Other than stated in the description:

the free version does not allow import to custom fields, only to wordpress standard fields. This is misleading and a kind of frustrating. 99US$ (or more) for a one-time-import is not a fair deal.
