Underlines Now Appear in Nav Menu

I’ve been using ColorMag on other sites without a problem. After creating a new site with a new ColorMag installation, I now get underlines on the Nav menu and sub-menu items. Why?

Is there a way to turn that off and make it look like it used to?

Hello, folks,
I’d like to ask you a quick question. Unfortunately I do not know further.
Short explanation:
In the backend I create a so-called line separator in the WPBaker Page Builder, which nicely underlines my titles as I want them to be. I put another one under it so that I have two underlines. I set the length individually for each underline, because not all titles are the same length. I also adjust the margin values so that the line doesn’t start right at the front of the letter, but starts in the middle of the first letter and ends at the penultimate at the beginning. The second line begins at the end of the second letter and ends in the middle of the last letter.
The distance between the two lines is set in the CSS of the page.
Here is the problem:
I have underlines that should be the same in Chrome, but unfortunately they don’t fit in Firefox. They are displayed too short and don’t start at the correct position of the letter.
I urgently need help.
If necessary also around other variants (Plugins, etc.)

I’m helping out with a WordPress site and I’m having trouble removing underlines from all links. I’ve tried using “a {text-decoration:none;}” in the Additional CSS text box but haven’t been successful. (Also trying to do this for a:visited, a:hover, and a:active.) I’ve also tried adding “!important”. When I view the code in the browser inspector it still doesn’t work when I add “style=”text-decoration:none;” into the tag.

The site uses the default Twenty Seventeen theme. They do use a number of plugins that I still need to talk with the owner about.

We need our underlines back in the editor. If for no other reason than to delete the underlines if we cant have underlines in the editor. It’s a drag having to go back and look in the code to remove them by hand. Besides all that sometimes we NEED underlines in our pages. PLEASE GIVE THEM BACK

Do Not Want CSS to Underline Every Link

I’ve got a problem and its driving me nuts. If you visit https://glutenfreethings.com you’ll see that ALL my links are underlined. I’ve continued coming back to this problem, time and time again, searching my CSS file and doing inspections of the codes, but I cannot find where the underline is set.

if anyone would be interested in just helping me with this frustrating issue, I feel like a newb…. but ready for help because I cannot find where the text decoration is calling out underlines for all links. I don’t mind a:hover but just not on constantly.

Six weeks of trying to fix underlines, menu and grey text

I have been trying to fix 3 small but irritating items on my blog for many weeks now. I’ve read and tried every previous post where others have been offered solutions, but none of them work. Can anyone help? Please?

I have posted a screenshot here to show the 3 items I am referring to below. They are all on my blog home page.
I have also posted the pic and the stylesheet code as a post on the site

I use WP 3.1.4
I use the TwentyTen style.

1. I cannot edit these menu items because the menu is greyed out on the Appearance page.

2. How do I remove these underlines? I want them to behave exactly as the widgets do. Underline only when hovered.

3. How do I change this grey text colour? I know it is #888 and I think I have removed all occurrences of #888, but these won’t change.

Help! Cannot get rid of underlines in links

Hi…hopefully someone can help me because I’m getting really frustrated. I have already checked a bunch of other posts and can’t seem to crack this.

I cannot get rid of the underlines on the titles of my posts. I have checked the css, and most of the “.entrytitle” entries do have “text-decoration: none” already.

What I WANT is to get rid of the underline on all links, and have them gray in their normal state and purple when hovered over. After I made some changes the underline disappears, and the DO turn purple on hover, but not in their normal state
