Errors in log re /wflogs/ips.php

Since 21st May I am finding thousands of errors in my log similar to this below:

Unable to open /home/username/public_html/wp-content/wflogs/ips.php for reading and writing.

I also get occasional bunches of errors like this:

WordPress database error Got error 28 from storage engine for query SHOW FULL COLUMNS FROM wp_3wfLockedOut ….(rest of line removed)…

followed by similar error 28 messages for:

wp_3wfBlocks
wp_3wfCrawlers
wp_3wfReverseCache
wp_3wfHits
wp_3wfScanners

I am using Wordfence 6.1.8. The site appears to be behaving normally apart from the errors in the log.

I looked at file permissions for /wflogs/ips.php but found I do not have the ability to alter these – is this where the problem lies or should I be looking elsewhere?

Inner Page not working

” Unable to open WampServer’s config file, please change path in index.php file “

Hi @all,
I use this Plugin in the last version(1.1.1) on WordPress 4.4.2
On some of my pages the PDF is created and downloaded well like on

On others like
https://www.all4hardware4u.de/platinenherstellung/layouterstellung/
i get a lot of “Warning: imagepng(): Unable to open…for writing: Permission denied in…” messages and the download won’t start.
But when i look in the wp-content/uploads/wp-post-to-pdf-enhanced-cache/1/ folder the PDF is created and it is correct.

I have tried to deactivate all other Plugins and changed the theme to the “Twenty Fifteen” but there is the same problem.

Is there any solution?

Add Media will not open

I have recently upgraded to 3.5 and I am unable to add images. When I click on either “Add Media” or “Set Featured Image” nothing happens and the popup does not appear.

I have turned off all of my plugins – nothing happens.
I have cleared my cache – nothing happens
I have cleared cache and tried in firefox and chrome – nothing happens.
I have tried adding the script (that I saw referenced in another post) define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false ); to wp-config file – nothing happens

I need this fixed asap. Any other suggestions?
