Cant login after registration

Hello,

I register on the website https://essentialcollege.cz/registrace/ using the Ultimate Member plugin and am redirected to the profile page. So far everything is fine, but when I log out and try to log in again I get a message about an incorrect password (the password is 100% correct). We need to solve this problem.

Hi everyone,

I’m running into this issue (and I have been running into it for a while now) that users are not able to log in. They click log in, they’re taken to the log in page — enter details, hit enter and then they’re taken back to my homepage. They weren’t logged in and nothing happens. They try enough times and they’re stuck outside. They’re not able to access the inner dashboard that I’ve created for them.

How do I fix this? I have no idea what’s causing it.

Unable to log in to Dashboard, after changing my email

Hi there,

After having work done on my site, in my Dashboard, I received a message from Elementor saying “Your license key doesn’t match your current domain. This is most likely due to a change in the domain URL of your site (including HTTPS/SSL migration). Please deactivate the license and then reactivate it again.“

As a result, I deactivated it and tried to reset it. One of the steps was to make sure that the WordPress email and my domain email were the same. It even said to copy/paste the same email in the two boxes. So I then removed the /wp from the WordPress email box and clicked “save.”

As a result, I can no longer enter the Dashboard at the back end and can just see “Safari can’t open the page.”

I just do not know what to do now. Why did it say to make sure that both emails were exactly the same, when we need to have the /wp in the WordPress email box?? Any help is much appreciated.

Need help accessing a wordpress website for one of my clients

I am having an issue with logging into my WordPress dashboard. When I try to log in, I am redirected to https://urbanoutreachfoundation.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=happy-addons#home. I suspect that the Elementor plugin may be causing the issue, but I am unable to log in or use FTP to troubleshoot.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have been on WordPress since 2013. I have been able to get on wordpress to manage my website just fine all this time. Now I get an error saying “Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site. We can’t connect to the server at gdmig-patlintner.com.”

My website also does not look correct. My tabs are very different and when I click on one, it comes up saying the exact same error. I have not changed any themes on my website for several years now.

I go to my last email with WordPress and the link I have been sent even does not work! This is my last email I got from WordPress which does not work….

I was in contact for over two hours with Go Daddy and they said everything was good on their end.

I tried “lost my password” and wordpress sent a link for me to reset, but it does not work (tried over 14 times and counting).

I am at a loss of what to do right now and even my IT guy who helped set me up in 2013 is confused!

If there is any help I can get I will be much appreciative!

Unable to log into dashboard

Hi all,

I believe I have messed up and here I am posting for some much needed help. I was helping a relative update their website but I am not a developer so it has been a struggle.

I had built the final website on dev.buggyman.net and wanted to have that version of the website appear on buggyman.net.

I was using Updraft to back up the dev.buggyman.net version as I was building it and uploaded that to buggyman.net but did not use the migration tool as I would have had to pay for it.

In addition, I then logged into dev.buggyman.net dashboard again and changed the site url details to buggyman.net hoping that this would just change it to be the live website (stupid of me I am guessing).

Now I am unable to log into either dev.buggyman.net or buggyman.net dashboards.
It seems like it redirects me around but none of my log in details work.

When I request a new password I get a message saying the link provided for reset is invalid.

I am unsure what to do at this point to fix this issue. Could anyone advise please?

Inconsistent Verification Emails and Registered Users unable to log in

I have done a full conflicts test and I am still facing the following problems:

1) Inconsistent sending of the verification emails. I have created multiple accounts to test the registration function and it seems that only 1/3 or so of these accounts receive the activation emails. I have checked the spam folder and all of that as well. Please advise on how to resolve this!

2) Previously, for the Users who were able to register successfully (they actually receive the activation email), the password that they chose at registration could not be used at log in. The site would inform them that the password was wrong and they needed to reset that password. After resetting, they were able to log in.

3) After creating more UM custom roles and custom profiles and registration forms, successful users are completely unable to log in regardless whether they have reset their passwords. The site would now inform the users to “Please enter your password” despite having already entered the password.

Kindly advise on the above. I really enjoy using this plugin and was even considering going for the extensions. I also really don’t wish to switch to another. Thank you!
