Since the new update, the import no longer works if the WooCommerce plugin is activated. The message “unable to import” appears.

Should be fixed please.

Hi, how are you?

So… I made a backup of my WordPress site using the All-in-One plugin. In this backup, it generated a file ending in .WPRESS

When I try to import (through All in One itself), everything goes fine, until the following error appears:

Unable to import

I read a lot about on the forum and I saw that it could be the limitations of the hosting, like the max upload size file, max execution time, but it’s not, because I already set a high value for all these and I didn’t get anything, the error remains

The question is: is it possible to import a .wpress file manually, through the file manager? Or is there some other way to do this? I’m really lost

I donwloaded multiple csv files for users using this plugin. When I go to import them to the new site using the same plugin I get an error, “Row does not have the same columns than the header, we are going to ignore this row”.
I’m not sure how to export users in a way that doesn’t get that error. Some of the lists only have 3 users.

I have followed all the steps while installing and adding the extension, even still for some reason I am unable to import products because the status keeps loading. I am talking about the status which shows in the black box on the side, I have uploaded a link tot he screen shot as well so that you can understand what I mean. There is no plus sign either to import the products. Please let me know how I can resolve this issue.

I am using the pro version of the Product Builder for WooCommerce – Standard
I am getting an error when i try to edit the Advanced Product Options for saved products it is showing “Loading builder, please wait a bit…” and nothing.

and one more issue i am unable to import the field options. when try to import it shows blank screen.
Please help me out as soon as possible regarding this.

Hi,

I have an issue with importing a wpress-file. It uploads 100% and then it says “Unable to import – Unable to open file for reading.”

I have never had this issue before. My hostingprovider Misshosting is supported by you. I’ve increased the max_time and size.

What to do?

I have used this plugin for years and purchased the unlimited extension. Now this plugin doesn’t work and gets stuck at 21.34% or 30.70%.

I have contacted my hosting provider and they stated no issues exist on their end, and no limited are placed.

I have tried different servers and different websites, but no matter what I do, the import will not complete.

Hi,

I am having a problem with the all in one migration tool. Both websites are using latest version of it. the site trying to import is dc.hashtagdesigners.co.uk to dennisoncontent.com. When I get about half way through upload a box comes up saying “unable to import”

Anyone have any ideas?
