I backed up my wordpress site and reimported it due to some security reasons. After re-importing the website, the poll plugin is not working. I can see the existing polls in the dashboard but am not able to create new polls, or edit or copy existing polls. I am getting the following error while coping a poll

i’m getting this error in WordPress I tried to reinstall the plugin and delete it as well and reinstall it but still getting this error i’m getting this error after the 14.0 updates and it’s still not resolved please fix it as soon as possible thanks

Unable to set the firewall

I installed Wordfence on my Litespeed server and during setup, I find I am not able to “Continue” with the Firewall setup even after downloading the htaccess and userini files as backup (as instructed).

The “Continue” blue button is unclickable.

I have installed Wordfence on other sites on the same Litespeed server and never encountered this issue.

Now it is constantly nagging me to configure my firewall….and yet it will not continue to setup.

Anyone?

Plugin does not have any instruction. I cannot understand how to use it. Plugin page has just general settings. Shortcode adds blank template. How do I add pros & cons, link to button, change title? It is useless. I deinstalled it

Unable to create Child

Plugin just installed via wordpress dashbord, wp-content/plugin folder checked, but when a try to create a Child for Divi I have this message “Looks like something was wrong with the info you provided. Please make sure your info is correct and try again.”
Tried both extra files checked and unchecked. It just doesn’t work.

Permissions problem trying to install a plugin (to import a backup of my blog)

I can’t go into too many details (I don’t have them), I was told a blog with outdated software got hacked, which prompted the company that owns the server that hosts my (and many other) blogs to reinstall the operating system.

I have backups of everything, thankfully, and have the database recreated, latest version of wordpress installed, my database backup imported and everything. All I need to do is import my backup.xml file from my blog and I’m back in business.

I find I have to download and install an importer for wordpress backups. Never done it before, but ok. I clicked the WordPress link to download it and I get this:

Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2016/05.
Is its parent directory writable by the server?

What do I do? My wpcontent directory’s permissions are 775. What does it have to be? Why am I getting a permission problem when it should all be default? I’m not even sure if 777 would be correct (even though highly undesireable).

Does something need to be changed with my account setup/permissions? I can do that, I just need to know what to do.

Can not upload files – WordPress cannot create directory

I was trying to upload a picture as my background and got this error:

Unable to create directory
/virtual/users/e17329-19120/web/wp-content/uploads/2012/06.
Is its parent directory writable by the server?

I checked and that folder is indeed not there. I tried creating it, but it didnt work. DOes anyone know how to fix this?

Using dashboard – find plugin.
Selected plugin and clicked “install”
Install page shows host name: ftp.domain.com (also tried: domain.com)
Password is as for epanel access. ftp selected.

I get message “Could not create directory. /domain-www”
Permissions on domain root are fine.

Suggestions? Had a look through the forum but no luck.
