I am desperately trying to understand what I did wrong so that nthing I do shows me the course page instead of the wocommerce product page.

Whenever I try to access https://creatoridefrumos.remembrance.ro/curs/introducere-in-designul-grafic-in-canva/ in automatically redirects to https://creatoridefrumos.remembrance.ro/introducere-in-designul-grafic-in-canva/.

I think I have all the settings correctly, I can t understand what I m doing wrong.

I’m experiencing an issue with the withdrawal page on my website running Tutor LMS. the page isn’t functioning properly, and the page get smaller.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, what steps did you take to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Negative Marking

Hello,

I’ve mentioned the link, as someone talked about negative marking in quiz and you said it will come in new pro version. As I installed the PRO VERSION yesterday but I still don’t see the negative marking. I need that, I just purchased the tutor lms for negative marking as earlier I was using google forms, they were not having negative points that’s why I switched to tutor LMS but still there is not NEGATIVE MARKING can you clarify?

Unable to Add or Update Lessons in Tutor LMS

Hello Support Team,

I am currently unable to add or update any lessons within the Tutor LMS plugin. When I try to add a new lesson, the Visual Editor does not respond, and any content I attempt to add is not saved when I click ‘Update Lesson’. This issue persists even when I try to switch to the Text Editor. The ‘Update Lesson’ button does not save any changes, effectively preventing me from adding or modifying lessons altogether.

Here’s what I’ve done so far in an attempt to resolve the issue:

Updated all plugins, including Tutor LMS, and WordPress to their latest versions.
Deactivated all other plugins to check for conflicts, but the issue still persists.
I tried modifying the Elementor plugin code following some online advice, but that did not resolve the problem.
I also tried using different browsers and clearing cache, but the issue remains.

Details:

WordPress Version: 6.6.1
Tutor LMS Version: 2.7.4
PHP version : 8.3.6
Theme: Tutor Starter

This issue is critical for our online courses, as it completely hinders our ability to add or update content. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.

tutor LMS and Woocommerce

On the tutor LMS dashboard there is a link to – order history – if you click on that it shows courses bought…what I need is to have all the purchases made for that order – woocommerce physical orders, as well as courses bought. It should look like the my-account/view-order/order#/ – in the standard woocommerce account section for customers.

Can I sell video lessons and physical products using woocommerce and tutorlms…example, someone buys a lesson and two physical items at the same time, creating one account, or using their existing account? They can then only access their lesson by logging into the site and having bought that lesson, access it? No downloads.

Enabling YouTube Ads in Tutor LMS

On Tutor LMS, while using YouTube streaming, the YouTube ads are not showing. Is there something like an ad blocker in the code? I want to show the YouTube ads in the Tutor LMS video player. How can I change this?
