I have been searching all over and there is no way to contact customer support for Jetpack. I was trying to move/transfer my Jetpack account/subscription to my updated website and it said to disconnect but it canceled. If someone could contact as soon as possible, and please fix the issues not being able to simply contact or submit a report ticket.

Retrieving WP site after transfer to Wix

I recently transferred my site to Wix and I need access back to my old blog page. When trying to log back into my old WP site, I receive a message that “this site can’t be reached”. Is there any way to get back to the backend of the old site once I’ve transferred it? Thank you!

I have half dozen sites, mostly hosted by WordPress. One site, however, is hosted by Fat Cow. I no longer run that site but I want to get my password off it and let someone else run it. I found the article on how to do this with a .com account but can’t find anything about .org. I have very limited experience with WP (but really had fun with it).

Worked perfectly in past, but “permalinks” pages were blank on my latest transfer. Import file was only 120mg. Bought Duplicator Pro for $39 but could not figure it out: no comparison in ease of use with All in One WP Migration. Then searched and found this post about permalinks and duplicating sites: (https://www.shoutmeloud.com/wordpress-internal-link-and-permalink-not-working.html). So I just deleted my W3 Total Cache plugin from the site I was duplicating and Viola! then All in One worked perfectly again. Thanks so much for this amazing plugin!

I am in the process of transferring our blog from wordpress.com to www.remarpro.com and I have a domain registered with another company.
I am looking to host my new site on bluehost.
Also when I am filling out the filezilla ftp login I am finding issues it wont connect. I am not sure where to find all the right credentials for the ftp login.
Where do I start?
I have downloaded the xml from my old site that isn’t a problem. I don’t know how to upload it and install wordpress on my new bluehost site.

Haven’t started using the WordPress software as of yet just wanted to clarify a few things before I install/start using it.

So stupidly I didn’t do much research before paying for a premium account on WordPress.com, and after realising I can’t add plugins on WordPress.com I’m considering hosting a web domain through Bluehost and downloading the software from www.remarpro.com. I don’t have any content on the website as of yet (luckily) so there is no need for me to transfer anything! I’m just wondering whether I need a premium account with WordPress.com to use www.remarpro.com? Or is it completely different?

I’m still within the 48 hour refund timeframe so that is still an option to get my money back (and put it towards the cost of Bluehost) just wondering if I get a refund will the domain name I bought through WordPress.com be available or not? Can I change it first before I get a refund and hopefully by doing so make it available? I’m new to this someone please help!!!! :))
