It’s as if there were an invisible block from halfway up my phone screen that prevents touch on that part.
I used elementor to build my website. do you need more info? My website is https://eunoiaconciergerie.com

]]>I enjoy working with Smart Slider, which I plan to use for a creative project. Sadly, it lacks a specific control option – namely, invisible controls that switch slides by tapping on sides, corners, or edges of a slider.
Arrow controls can be customized to create a workable facsimile of such controls, but unfortunately, there are several issues with it, mainly in the area of responsiveness, any interactive elements on the slide becoming unusable (as they are covered by enlarged arrows) or some accidental selecting and highlighting.
To overcome those problems I figured I can create a static overlay with custom controls – I’ve set invisible areas of the desired width on both sides of the overlay and set them to switch to next/previous slide.
It works seamlessly on my desktop if I click such areas with a mouse cursor – however, a significant issue appears when I try to tap those areas on a touchscreen. And it’s an issue prevalent on every touchscreen I could use for testing – a touchscreen attached to my desktop (Windows 10), an iPhone and Samsung smartphone with Android OS.
THE ISSUE: any interactive area (invisible or not) with a link or action attached to it flashes for a split second when tapped via touchscreen.
It flashes black on iPhone and windows touchscreen and blue on Samsung smartphone.
And this doesn’t just happen to my invisible custom controls on the static overlay – it happens on every slide that has a clickable element, whether it’s added to an invisible area or a visible graphic image of a slider of any size or complexity. If tapped, it flashes.
The flashing is prominent enough to produce a very unaesthetic effect. It effectively prevents crafting a seamless animation or transition on your slider when interacted with on touchscreen via tap.
Is there any way to avoid triggering this sort of behavior on my side, as a user, or is it something that perhaps could be looked into and fixed in the future?
]]>I wanna request you if you can add a feature to get signature of the client using mouse or through touchscreen devices which can b used as approval from the client or I am trying to find a cash payment receipt where I can take the signature of the employees who has takes their payment in cash. If you can add a feature to make a cash receipt with signature to be taken from the payer, it will b good.
Please, come up with the solution to make Sprout Invoices better than the best.
Thanks!

]]>The browser detects an existing touch functionality and triggers ‘ontouchsstart’ in /public/assets/js/public.js, line 172:
if (‘ontouchstart’ in document.documentElement)
This disables the click detection, and assures only touch recognition, although a mouse can be used on Touchscreen devices too.
I don’t think there is a need to separate click and touch functionality through this ‘if’ statement. Please check this part, and make correction.
Thanx.
]]>I have no idea why this problem occurs with the Agama Theme, but it does not occur when accessing it on a Dell laptop (IE 10) or on a PC Tower (XP Pro).
