I just want to add to my review that I needed some help with a few issues and the support team from the Directorist has been exceptional. They got back to me quickly and even helped fix some of the settings I had wrong that prevented the plugin from working correctly. I was actually really surprised with the amount of time and effort they put into the support tickets.

I tried and/or researched all of the top-rated plug-ins including HivePress, Business Directory Plugin, Connections Business Directory, Directories Pro, GeoDirectory and Formidable Forms. I am not going to bash any of them as each has good aspects and features; but in the end after a lot of research and testing, I found that the Directorist was superior for our project for the following reasons:

Ease of use – I am a non-programmer and can’t even do HTML or CSS, yet the Directorist is VERY easy to understand. The layout is quite intuitive and I was able to figure almost everything out as needed. When I couldn’t figure it out I found the documentation to be very thorough.
Features – hands down, the Directorist has the greatest depth. We needed multiple directories, chat capability, ability to list business hours, wanted Facebook/Google registration, FAQs, Google ReCAPTCHA, a booking system for meetings, ability to have reviews, bookmarking/favoriting etc…
Affordability – again, the Directorist came out on top. Some plugins appear less expensive at first until you add up what the cost of all the add-ons comes to.

This is the most comprehensive B2B plugin I’ve come across for Woocommerce. I’ve been using it for a while now and it definitely ticks all of the boxes. I won’t go into a full on sales pitch but needless to say, it does everything it says it will do on the box and more…

Whats not mentioned is the quality of the support which is absolutly first class. I’ve not had to contact them often but on the couple of occassions I have they have gone above and beyond to make sure my problem was solved (which was my fault btw – nothing to do with the plugin)

First, let me start off by saying I have been using the Give plugin for two years. I almost shelled out the extra cash for the recurring donation component addon. I’m really glad that I didn’t. Not only is Seamless a free option when it comes to the recurring donation it also comes with amazing support from the developer, David.

He answers your support ticket very quickly I do have to say! And he knows exactly what is wrong with your instance that you describe and tells you how to fix it (well for me at least it was that way)

This plugin is amazing, simple to use, and is backed with the support that you don’t find on versions of paid plugins by other companies.
