I’ve used Neve, Elementor, and WC for some time and never seen this happen. Before updating, the images were contained in height and had zoom. Landscapes are correct again, but not portraits.
Site is completely up-to-date and after some troubleshooting, it seems this is a WC container/wrap issue.
What is causing this and how to I fix it? Thanks!
]]>I created a profile edit form where users can upload photos to their profile (not for their profile photo but a gallery).
I have tried the following:
1. Kept the upload settings to the default (1000px maximum width, uploaded images will be resized to this)
2. Changed the maximum width to 2000px so that uploaded images will be resized to this
I have also made the maximum file size 2000000 bytes which is 2mb.
In both cases, I cannot upload a picture that is around 600 bytes (less than 1 mb) and less than 2000 pixels wide. The “This image is too large!” error always appears.
Can you assist?
]]>First thanks again and again for your work even if it’s been a while I didn’t use the plugin.
Mostly random but maybe once every two or three pictures load I have this error poping:
“ERROR: Attempting to upload a photo that is too large to process. Based on your server memory limit you should not upload images larger than 0.2 mega pixels. For example no larger than about 525x400px (4:3) or 600×350 (16:9)”
Even if before loading a picture the limit shown is 18.5 mega pixels, for example 5075 x 3800 px (4:3) ou 5875 x 3300 (16:9) and if I retry once, sometimes twice, the picture is actually uploaded.
I don’t know if it’s the plugin or my server having trouble.
Thanks in advance for any light on this.
PS. : totally unrelated question, is there a way to sort pictures by timestamp on the backend? They seems to be shown by upload time so I upload them one at a time to have them in the correct order but it’s time consuming!
]]>I wanted to know, if this is possible.
Let’s say the fixed discount is 100€ and the costumer wants to buy something where the cart total is 90€ the costumer gets the 10€ that are left from the discount as a credit for the next order. So the Costumer has 10€ discount left.
What should i do if the discount is too large?
Thanks for help
Kind regards

The first icon has the title: “Look Up WHOIS”.

Request Entity Too Large
Error 413
It’s from a form where the user uploaded images. The images uploaded fine to the server and the total of one is 13MB and one is 18MB … from what I’ve read, that’s under Gmail’s limit.
I disabled the plugin and the notifications sent fine.
Any ideas how I can fix this?
]]>I’ve tried every combination of blog settings and have removed the ‘show thumbnail’ setting, but that makes no difference.
I also have a screen print if you need it, which shows what I see on my laptop, but not sure how to attach it here.
Hope you can help. Many thanks in advance.
