For some reason, even though OPcache is recognized and selected in the menu for opcode caching, I cannot enable “validate timestamps”. Not sure why. I try to click on the checkbox but nothing happens.
Is there something I need to do server-side to make this work? I don’t want to have to restart PHP if I need to make a simple change to a template.
Thanks

Could it be WP Super Cache cannot work on any shared server if the Local and Maser values for date.timezone are different? If so, is there any way to get around this timezone issue so that WPSC can work?
Please advise. Thank you.

Things you can do:
Load your homepage in a logged out browser, check the timestamp at the end of the html source. Load the page again and compare the timestamp. Caching is working if the timestamps match.
Enable logging on the Debug page here. That should help you track down the problem.
You should check Page 1 and Page 2 above for errors. Your local server configuration may not allow your website to access itself.
It enhances my podcast shownotes.
I posted a little malfunction and the support was fast and resolutive. And think that this is a free plugin.
Give it a try!
Great. Cheers to the author.

how can we do this with this plugin?
]]>Either way you look at it, the timestamp is incorrect:
A) If you say that Events Manager doesn’t take into account the WP timezone and all entered times are in UTC, this should be made abundantly clear and would also result in a poor user experience
B) If you say that all events are in the timezone from WP’s General settings at the time the event was created or last modified, then this timestamp that’s generated is incorrect (should be 3pm Chicago time, not 3pm UTC)
I’m not complaining, just looking for a reliable timestamp to reference.
