We successfully installed Redis and your plugin on 4th August. On the 11th August the site wasn’t responding and pages were timing out. We looked into everything including a server reboot but only when we disabled the Redis plugin (by deleting it via FTP) and deleted /wp-content/object-cache.php
did the site come back up. We re-activated the plugin and re-enabled Redis and again the site worked perfectly. Today the same thing happened. Site unresponsive and again we had to disable plugin / delete object-cache.php
and enable plugin / enable Redis for the site to work again.
Any ideas?
Thank you,
Oliver
]]>Our client (using Trust Payments and your plugin) is having an odd problem where occasionally the customer is not being charged shipping for the purchase. We’ve been unable to isolate this to any particular type of purchase (different products, happens to both guests and logged in users, happens with coupon and without, there is only one fixed shipping rate).
When we look at the payments coming in on Trust Payments, it seems like sometimes information is not being saved. i.e. the transaction will be missing a name, or address information (though it’s saved in WooCommerce okay). We are wondering if shipping information is sometimes being dropped also. This would mean the shipping bug is the visible symptom of a wider problem. It’s not clear whether the plugin is failing to send info, or whether TP is failing to save it. Difficult to test as the issue is sporadic.
We are also experiencing a substantial number of reports from customers of sales hanging, or being unable to complete.
Have you any insight, or advice as to where we should start looking?
Kind Regards,
Pierce
Is duplicator now demanding more resources to run? This has happened on several migrations for us now. We’ve never had this problem before. Creating the package was occasionally a problem, but never ever have we had an issue with the installer itself.

]]>This is a nice plugin, but unfortunately it seems that half of the people who are trying to register get a timeout when they try to submit the form. The progress icon keeps loading, but nothing happens.
I don’t know what systems the users have.
Thanks.
]]>Multiple problems with 4.9.1 update. Need help, please:
1 – In viewing the System Status Page to verify 4.9.1, I see that the update blew out all the cart, checkout, account pages. I reset these back in Page SetUp but a person still can’t view their cart or checkout.
2. Can’t update products. 524 error. Checked with SiteGround and they say posts.php script times out. They looked at the top 10 IPs making the request and said most were related to image regeneration for WooCommerce.
3. This update has blown out my Google Merchant Center Feed. MPM and GTIN.
Everything worked 100% OK prior to 4.9.1.
Please, please release an update to fix. My cart is down and costing me money. The weekend is when most of the sales come in.
Thank you for your help

The REST API is one way WordPress, and other applications, communicate with the server. One example is the block editor screen, which relies on this to display, and save, your posts and pages.
The REST API request failed due to an error.
Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)

Hope someone can help me remove these errors.
I thank you in advance.
