I installed Presto Player plugin to add Time Code functionality to a website I was working on. I initially had some issues (that turned out to be an error on my end), so I contacted the Presto Player Support.

Hi There!

I am trying to set the time to the Eastern Time Zone. Specifically America/New_York but no matter what I do the time still shows as Central Time. I want the time to always reflect the time that the page is updated. I would truly appreciate any assistance with this!

I have it set as [current_date format=’l, F j, Y, g: i A’] – thank you for any & all help!

Hi, I’m trying to add a last modified date and timestamp to the mp3 html links (link to media file) on my website, not a audio player. I’ve been researching about how to adding exif to php page in wordpress. But I’m finding conflicting information. Is it best to add date and timestamp using the includes/page.php page or the theme fuction.php method?

Server Time and WordPress time don’t match

Here’s what I’m trying to accomplish:

Display widget #1 from 10:30 Sunday morning until 09:30 Friday morning.
Display widget #2 (in it’s place) from 09:30 Friday morning to 10:30 Sunday morning.

I think I’ll have to use 4 widgets to do this by using a unique one for Friday and Sunday. So I have to be careful with the times. However, I’m getting an alert:

Will be used the WordPress time you set in WordPress General preferences.

SERVER time:

WORDPRESS time:
Mon, 27 Apr 2020 14:32:29 -0400

here’s the thing. I checked and double checked that my server time matches my wordpress time. Could it be because I am running things through Cloudflare?

Any ideas?

my WordPress timezone : UTC +5.30 current time : 12.24 pm

in woocommerce order it shows the time as 8.00pm

Hi,

Thank you for providing this amazing plugin.

I just have one thing to report.

On import the time stamp of orders changed 2 hours forward than on the original site.
Order time stamp on original site: 9.1.2019 19:41
Order time stamp on new site: 9.1.2019 21:41

I have both sites setup to the same timezone (Estonia, Tallinn).

I don’t understand where this change came from.
Does the plugin update the time stamp based on server time?

The two hours doesn’t matter that much but I thought I would report it.
