Hi, thanks for this awesome application.
The only critique I have is, that it took me a while after instlling the WP-Plugin to figure out how to get it to work.
The settings page didn’t give me a clue, neither did the details page.
Why doesn’t the plugin come with some helpful instructions on thoses pages?

Chat underneath menu on mobile

Hi!
on my website the menu burger menu button and the logo are overlaying the chat window. I tried

#tidio-chat-iframe {
z-index: 999999999999 !important;
}

but didn’t help.
On desktop everything is fine, the problem is on mobile only, when the chat window is fullscreen.

I’d like to change the offline message that says “Sorry, we aren’t online at the moment. Leave a message and we’ll get back to you.”

I have a client that wishes to display the hours and phone number of a call center, when Administrator is Offline AND Online. How would I be able to go about doing this?
