Ticket prioriy field is not visible on new ticket form

Hey Guys,
I really appreciated about this wonderful Ticket plugin.
I just installed and configured it on my website, all functions works great. but the only missing part is the Priority field option that not exist on new ticket form!
I created 3 priorities, multiple checked all permissions, everything was OK, but its not showed up! and customers can’t choose the priority.

And as I translated it to Persian Language, please tell me how to send you the the po, mo files? so you can use it on next updates.

Hello,
I wanted to create a website for a hiking company. They will sell guided hiking and mountain bike routes.
So I need a plugin, where I have a calendar for the appointments. And some kind of ticket system where the customer can decide the route and the amount of people who want to go hiking and the age, because kids won’t be charged the full amount. And it would be nice to have a WooCommerce integration.

Maybe you have some experience with similar orders, and you found a plugin that helped you and can work for me as well

I’m using this plug-in to get Zendesk tickets to my WooCommerce my account pages. Styling is amazing, ticket creation works flawlessly and the support is amazing if you encounter any issues. They also patch issues in the plug-in very quickly, which is great!

Importer Plugin is Out of Date (Help Scout’s API 1.0 is Retired)

Dear Awesome Support,

First, Love-love your plugin! Just can’t use it yet. Why? Because your Importer is not updated to the new Help Scout. Help Scout no longer permits users to create API Keys.

Their API 1.0 is retired, and now they have API 2.0 which is OAuth 2.

Help!

When will Importer Add-on use Help Scout API 2.0 so others like myself can migrate?
