Woo Square won’t process cards

I am using Woo Commerce and Square to process for a ticketing website using Tickera with seating charts. All selections go to cart fine and then to checkout fine. Checkout collects all pertinent data ok as well but when submitted it fails to process. It pops up “Something went wrong. Please contact us to get assistance.” The failed order logs in Woo>Orders as well also.

Square won’t be bothered with any help so I’m reaching out to you guys before I try another pay platform. Tickets go on sale in a couple days so I’m a little desperate to get this working ASAP!

Note: I don’t think it’s a Tickera issue because it does it with a Woo Donation plugin that has nothing to do with Tickera. Thanx…Guys

PS: I did try disconnecting and reconnecting to square as well…

Double Email with Ticket attached

Our clients are receiving 2 emails with tickets attached, we only want them to receive one email with their tickets, is there a way to solve this from the settings?

Product Variations Deleted On Save (When changing product type)

So I created a product type that uses the Variable type as its base. It works great, wordpress treats it like a variable product. HOWEVER, there is a weird edge case that I’m working with and I can’t seem to figure out the solution:

If I create a product as a Variable product first, generate the variations, then save it. The variations work.

If I create a product as Variable-Clone product, generate variations, then save it. The variations work.

If I create a product as a Variable product, generate variations, then save it, then change the product type to Variable-Clone and save it again…. the variations get deleted. I checked it’s not like some ID changing thing where wordpress just doesn’t see the variations. I checked the database and the X number of products with post_type “product_variation” for that item are removed from the wp_posts table.

I just also ran the test and converted a product from Variable product to “Simple Product” and then back to Variable product and the same thing happens (so it’s not code on my end).

I’m guessing this is some kind of housekeeping to make sure there aren’t stray variable products sitting around causing issues. However, it really messes with my setup. Is there a way to fix this? If not can someone help me find where in the code it’s happening and I’ll just create a hook manually and maybe submit it to core (and just keep updating my own version until it gets accepted)

Hi all,

first, after the tickets are ordered I get a 404 not found page. (allow_url_fopen is enabled)

Second, nog tickets can bij showed/downloaded:

“TCPDF ERROR:?TCPDF requires the Imagick or GD extension to handle PNG images with alpha channel.”

What’s wrong? Normally is Imagick enabled.

Show the title or name of the table in the ticket template?

I’m working on Tickera and have a map with tables and seats created in Seating Chart for customers to buy my tickets. I found the plugin https://tickera.com/tickera-documentation/ticket-template-modifications/seat-number-ticket-template-element/ to add the seat number to the ticket template, however, I can’t add it too the table number/title to the ticket template. This is very essential and indispensable for the customers and I cannot let this go.

Understanding the code I could see that the seat table has a tc-table class although the title shows it with the tc-heading class.
I would like to know how I can add the title/name of the seating table to my ticket template?
Can the existing code of the “seat-number-template-element” extension be altered

Very Responsive Support for a Good Product

I was looking at some reviews for Tickera from a year ago and older and was a bit concerned by the complaints about support. I have to say if that was the case then, Tickera has done a tremendous job of turning it around. They may not have a direct phone support, but I have submitted multiple questions or concerns via email and have had incredible support within 24 hours. Some of the issues were Id10t user errors or lack of awareness and a few were conflicts with other plugins. So the plugin isn’t perfect and requires a bit of a learning curve just like WordPress, but compared with the previous plugin, this is a steal. Highly recommend you give this a try for a basic ticketing solution.

Hallo

Ich nutze das Ticketplugin Tickera mit Seating Chart. Seit kurzem (ich wei? nicht genau wann, wird mir nicht mehr der Preis von Tickets angezeigt. Woocommerce scheint den aktualisieren zu wollen, aber das Preis DIV bleibt dann einfach leer.

Ich bin auch mit den Tickera-Entwicklern im Kontakt, dachte aber ich frage mal zur Sicherheit auch hier nach, falls sonst noch jemand das Problem hat oder schon eine L?sung kennt.

Hatte in der Vergangenheit wunderbar funktioniert, und die Preisanzeige funktioniert auch wenn ich das Germanized Plugin deaktiviert habe.

Time showing wrong

I’ve been using the plugin for some months now, without much issues, but now we’ve started using the event calendar we have run into the calendar showing the times of events in 12 hours format (with am/pm suffix) but it keeps showing midday as 00 pm -which is incredibly confusing – but haven’t found a way to change the format and it doesn’t seem to follow wordpress settings for displaying time.

PDF Ticket Template not showing Email field

Hi,

We have designed some ticket templates and added to them the field “Email” that comes by default in the ticket builder.

But it doesn’t show the email address of the attendant. Just the “Email” text label.

The email address seems to be registered properly, since all attendants receive the email with the PDF ticket.

Are we missing something? Any ideas?
