And sorry to hear, that Alex has passed away.
]]>I use AIO Seo (free version) and been having problems with the image appearing when I share on social media.
After being advised here to contact my hosting provider (Littleoak.net), I did this. And the problem is now HALF-RESOLVED.
I am still having the following issues. If you could help or direct me on what to do, that would be great!
The 2 main pages I am particularly concerned with are my homepage and /elderheal.
Are these 2 issues still related to my hosting provider? Or is this AIO SEO issue?
Please let me know now to proceed.
Thanks heaps!
~ Jenny.
]]>Under General Settings: Image Size set to custom and block size set to “340” (tried “340px” too). Crop on and off. No difference. Thumbs are showing as around 200px in size. In my wordpress media settings, I have “medium” thumbs set to be 340, and even when I select Image Size in your plugin, It shows images around 200px. Do I have to buy the premium version for it to do what I set it to do? Not feeling too “spendy” about this when these are functions it says it will do. And yep, I clear my cache, both on server and client-side.
]]>If I get the pro version, does it give me options for compression levels of thumbnails or does the plugin just pull from WordPress generated thumbs?
]]>Thanks!
]]>I’m setting up the first video gallery using your plugin. Instead of the thumbnail image (png), it shows a white blank image.
This is how its showing: https://postimg.cc/21fcjPfF
Thumbnails are showing fine inside the plugin. See here: https://postimg.cc/hfMkwDmQ
Can you help me understand what is wrong & how to fix this?
Thanks
