It is not correctly connected with my wordpress.com profile.
I can see my stats on the plugin and also on the WordPress.com website. but when I try to use Woocommerce Mobile app i couldn’t connect to my website.
I tried uninstalling the plugin and install it and it’s not working.
I have 1 critical issue on my site health :
wpcom connection test
Oussmaroc is not connected.: 200
When i try to initiate a sync manually on wordpress.com profile i get this error :
The Jetpack site is inaccessible or returned an error: server error. requested method jetpack.jsonAPI does not exist. [-32601]
I talked with my hosting provider they told me that the issue should be discussed with plugin support.
I checked my xmlrpc.php it’s good
on JetPck Debug i get :
Communication error
We were unable to make an XML-RPC request to your website. Please make sure that XML-RPC is turned on and that Jetpack is installed, activated and connected with your WordPress.com account. If the error persists, try disconnecting and connecting Jetpack again.
since i couldn’t access to admin page, i managed to fix some php files and delete plugins that i installed as follows on the internet. I went to cPanel thru bluehost>advanced>FTP and did the process…but it didn’t work.
i need to upload 90+ students’ portfolios on behalf of them. please what can i do?

JetPack 3.9.1 is the only plugin activated.

However, the "A Record" is obviously working if you can go to https://manage.wetakeitlive.com and multiple tests with various DNS utilities show the A Record correctly resolving.
So...
My guess is JetPack's DNS Lookup service isn't working correctly/consistently or has partially failed, though obviously, I can't prove it - So I'll leave that part up to you!

]]>I have recently changed my theme to THEME: SOSIMPLE BY FERNANDO VILLAMOR JR. and now I cannot log into my dashboard at all, so i can’t write posts, I can’t change theme, I can’t do anything.
When i try to go into www.example.co.uk/admin is am faced with a blank white screen (but my favicon still shows)
When i log into wordpress.com to see manage my sites i am given the error message (in red) ‘this site cannot be accessed’ disconnect site.
What do I do please? I am still a novice with WordPress!
