I have tried submitting a ticket to the Think-up-Theme support team, as I have the paid version of the theme, however I have still not had any response from their support. Perhaps someone here can help. I am trying to create either a portfolio/blog gallery or carousel, using only certain categories. Since this themes categories do not have the regular i.d. numbers as other themes do, I have tried using the category name, however it is not working. One one of the drop-ins, it specifically asks for category id. There is no id to be found….. All the categories show up in the slider? I have tried creating them with portfolio and posts, and it still does not work.

Mac OS 10.11.6
Theme: Minimaze Pro by Thinkupthemes (paid version)
Plugin: Page Builder by SiteOrigin (ThinkUpThemes compatible) v.2.4.4
Browser: Chrome (default), Firefox, and Safari
All installed plugins are up-to-date.

The changes I am making to my site within individual pages, menu structure, and internal links show up on the site while I am logged in. As soon as I log out they disappear, not only on my system but on remote systems, iPhones, etc., in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. If I log in again to WordPress they appear on the page until I log out.

I have consulted my web host. They seem to feel that it is a conflict between Page Builder by SiteOrigin and another plugin.

I deactivated ALL of the plugins, including PB, and the problem still persisted.

I then deactivated all EXCEPT PB, and the problem still persisted.

I then deactivated PB only, the problem still persisted.

As a result of the above, I am not certain this is PB, but I am going on the advice of my web host support in mentioning this possiblity.

I did not become aware of the problem until I received registrations for a canceled workshop. As of this moment the workshop is still showing as active and accepting registrations.
I would appreciate any assistance you can give.

Adding Video to ThinkUpSlider – ThinkUpThemes Grow

Hi, I’m working with the ThinkUpSlider in the Grow theme. I have carefully followed the directions to add a video, but can not get it to play in the “Standard” option. The video will play fine in the “Video on Right” and “Video on Left” options. Videos on my server and on Youtube work in those options. When I set it for “Standard” I just get the mask and text or the .jpg. I can’t make the video play.

Video is 13mb at 720 px wide and I have put .mp4, .webm, and .jpg online and linked properly to them. Am I missing a button?

Hello, i am using the Melos theme and the 3 content area windows on my page, where i have a picture of a debt ball and chain, another picture of the word simple and another one of a clock. i am looking to make those three content areas the same size. as you can see from my page if you look at the bottom of those content areas, they are not the same dimensions. Can you help me with this? my page is below. i know when i add new text, the frames seem to resize, but im wondering how would i change them to the same size.

Page Builder from ThinkUpThemes

I installed Page Builder from ThinkUpThemes along with some of their themes. I note that the current version of Page Builder from ThinkUpThemes is V1.3.6.

Their installation notes say that their version is a highly customised version of the page builder built by SiteOrigin and will only function properly with themes that they have developed. It seems that they are falling well behind the current V2.2 that is available direct from SiteOrigin.

It makes sense to me to use the package provided by you as that gets me all the updates, but is it likely that V2.2 won’t work with ThinkUpThemes because they have ‘highly customised it’?

I’m having issues with my theme, I’ve purchased it with thinkupthemes.com. The problem is as follows, if I have UpiCRM active mytheme options are affected so I cannot make changes on certain switches and checkboxes. Also when I try to edit a page using visual editor it does not work. This is what they’ answered to me:

Great timing. I had your ticket open ready to reply. I’ve passed your issue on to the theme developers. Currently the issue is being caused by a jQuery conflict in the plugin. jQuery conflicts are usually the result of insecure code. However, they’ll continue testing on this and reach out to the plugin developer if needed.

Have you contacted the plugin developer about this issue? As the issue is caused by a 3rd party plugin those guys would be best placed to support, particularly given that it’s increasingly looking like a jQuery issue. If you have contacted them would you mind sharing their response with us. This would be very helpful.

Hey guys,

I’m using the Theme “Renden” an responsive lightbox is working just fine on the index of my blog, but not on posts. The source code shows that it is adding the rel=”lightbox[gallery-2]” and everything, but it’s opening the images on a blank page.

In advance I apologize for my horrible English, I’m French and I practically bit ..
I come to for some time because the icons of my homepage no longer want to be displayed. My website is https://www.halkor.com/ I use the free version Minamaze theme and I find it perfect, before migrating to the Pro version I would like to solve the problem. I noticed this on Google Chrome and Firefox, Opera surprisingly it works correctly. I tried to reinstall FontAwesome but the problem persists. I looked at the source links and I see nothing suspicious. My site works great and if not it’s just a style issue that spoil everything .. I tried to deactivate and reactivate my extensions to see if one of them were causing the problem, but nothing. I’m desperate, please can you help me ??
