I am using Themify Ultra in a website, it used to work properly in the past. I perfirmed a backup a few months ago, and website is not working after I restored it. I got the following error messages. I uninstalled and installed again the plug-in and theme but it is still not working.
If I use another theme is working well, however I built many pages in my website with this Themify Ultra theme so I am trying to solve it.
“In this case, WordPress caught an error with your theme, Themify Ultra.”

I have been trying to solve this issue but I have not been able.
Thank you very much,
Jose
I’m having some trouble getting rid of the white space between my nav bar and header image. I tried looking up other posts, but it seems like they’re all using different themes, which makes it hard to achieve the same result without looking in-depth at the CSS code.
I did try to look at the the CSS, but couldn’t figure out a solution. For reference, I’m using the Themify Ultra free version.
Thanks!

Using the Themify template
I insert a post module on my homepage to display my content.
However, all the post cards/images are different sizes, despite the images being the same size 900×600.
How do I get them all to be the same size? I’ve tried playing around with the settings and selecting Polaroid etc. but posts are always bigger than others.
Any ideas?

I’m a technical guy, and I literally cannot believe how difficult it is to find the answer to this. I’ve been just Googling this query for the last half an hour and have looked at about 15 pages trying to find the answer.
Does this common query have a simple fix?
]]>Recently updated to the newest version and I encountered this issue that only appears when I use the themify builder (themify Ulktra theme) and the built in editor. When I for instance want to edit or create some new text when using the themify builder, all pulldown menus will appear behind the editor window (I have to move the editor window and then select font size, style etc. etc.). No biggie but this issue dosen’t appear when just creating or editing a normal post or page (not using the themify builder) so I assume that it is somewhat related to the themes. I am using themify ultra 1.6.3. I suspect the first recomendation would be to upgrade, but I am not ready to fork out 45 $ unless I am sure that the issue is solved.

I’ve just changed my theme from OnePage Express to Themify Ultra and now I can’t get back in. I’ve tried changing folder/zip names of the Themify theme and moving plugins that come up in the warning prompt into a different section of my computer. I’d hoped that it would solve the problem but clearly didn’t work. Additionally, I changed the URL settings (before the warnings came up and the inability to access my site) from the original https://vividtreks.com to https://www.vividtreks.com and did make sure to double check that I hadn’t misplaced anything as I know that any errors in the URL name can cause similar issues.
