the theme is really nice I m using the free version due to some financial problem but I will buy it 100% because there is no theme like this for optimization and much more it’s easy to understand anyone it’s really really the nic theme I love this theme.
I was experiencing an issue where the “author” image was the generic anonymous user avatar. I emailed support and the next day they informed me that the image was being served up from a cache from the Hummingbird plugin I had installed (and enabled before I had associated my WP user to pull from Gravatar).
The support person told me to clear the Hummingbird cache and that solved the problem!! Very excited to have things working properly. I will most likely buy the Pro version if for no other reason than to show my appreciation.

Our response which we like the reviewer to see is the following:
“Hi, we’ve been trying to reach out to you, but all our replies are not getting through. We already responded to the above, informing you that it’s just a child theme (no affiliation). Could you please inform us why you didn’t approve it?”
We also tried to contact the reviewer [ deleted ] on his website [ also deleted, honestly do not repeat that again ] but no response.
How can we get it approved, and how can we make communication work with the reviewer or reviewing team?

Markup: Title With Markup

It displays as:
Markup: Title
If I manually go in and change the title to the above title with markup included, then save the post, then it is displayed correctly on the site.
I’ve ran the import on PHP 7.1, and PHP 5.4, both were using a WP 5.1.1 install.
ISSUE : the add_shortcode(); function was prohibited in themes, so i had to make it a plugin , and just then i bundled it with kirki using TGMA Activator, but since plugins are not allowed in theme, how do i add my custom built wordpress plugin, that was built specifically for the theme, remember i can include the add_shortcode(); tag in a theme.
