themes not appearing

I am trying to activate a theme but all that appears is the buffer circle it doesn’t seem to matter which theme I choose nothing is being displayed.

It is a new website and whilst I have a wordpress site up and running I am new to developing one from scratch.

Any help would be mucvh appreciated

I have made my own web server using ubuntu server 12.10. i have followed arstechnica guide of web served. have manually installed wordpress according to the guide. everything worked fine, but when i open my wordpress site – it gets displayed without the applied theme. i’m using the default twentythirteen theme. i have also tried other themes, but they are also not working. themes get displayed properly on localhost, but they dont get displayed on internet. The wp-content is having chmod 755 permissions.
The theme folder is in my blog/wp-content/themes/.

Please help me.

My Theme and Formatting are not displaying?

When i load my website, all of sudden the Theme Formatting template etc. are not displaying. I’ve tried to figure out the problem for quite a while and I’m coming up short.

The Website is TheEargazm.com

It appears all the content is showing, just none of the formatting. I would really appreciate any help i could get. Let me know if there is anymore information you might need. Thanks guys!

Just noticed it is not displaying the header and theme correctly and is very slow to load.
Have tried deactiviating plug ins and changing themes (wordpress review) to no avail
Other sites I have haven’t been affected been affected by any updates
Do any wordpress Gurus here know How I can fix it?
All suggestions gratefully received

I am new to wordpress and have developed a intranet blog for our small company of about 120 employess. It looks good on the server I developed it on, but when I go to a employees computer and enter the url it comes up but there is no theme and the theme is in wp-content / themes /. I am using the defualt theme that comes with it twenty ten.
Any help would be greatly apprecaited.

Theme not passing to post, archive, tag pages

Since upgrading to WP 2.8.3, my theme and images(header, footer, etc.) is
not displsying on the post, archive, tag or comment pages. It only displays on the Home page.

I thought it might be the theme I am using(FlexSqueeze) but the problem is the same with every theme I have tried including the default theme.

I just put up a new theme ( Voluptua!) but now when I go to manage themes, my old theme ( Sandbox takamata) is still there as current theme, and Voluptua! isn’t even listed as a choice….what am I doing wrong??? any help is greatly appreciated!

Theme in file manager, not showing in Dashboard

I uploaded the Carrington blog theme to a newly installed
WP 2.7 site using Filezilla.

It is not showing up in the Dashboard – Manage Themes library.

I have checked the cPanel File Manager under wp-content/themes
and the theme files are there along with the default themes.
I tried uploading another 2 themes to see if Carrington was the culprit, but the same problem.

At the advice of another, I also tried directly uploading the theme
using File Manager in cPanel after deleting the first effort. Once again files are there but not showing in Dashboard.

Would appreciate any help before I pull out what is left of my hair!
