I recently installed and activated the Bigcommerce for WordPress plugin to serve as a backend E-commerce for my Avada WordPress site. I also updated the WordPress Core to 6.6.2.
After doing these things I noticed that the home page of the website appears as an empty white screen. I temporarily changed out of the Avada theme to a TwentyTwenty wordpress theme, and then the home page content reappeared again.
I’ve reached out to both BC and Avada to see if there’s some kind of compatibility issue, and am waiting to hear back. Is it possible that the WP Core update is causing this issue?

Invalid Page template
even though I have a valid licence.
]]>I was unable to edit any pages on my site (which uses Theme Fusion / Avada) and after a support enquiry to theme provider, I was advised that the T&CP widget was breaking the WordPress core.
Sure enough, disabling T&CP plugin allowed me to view the Visual Editor once again – but i’m left without the plugin’s functionality!
Happy to provide login details to help with diagnostics if necessary.

They don’t work modal popup and button is very slow when this plugin is active.
Is only my problem? What can I do?
Thanks
]]>On a TEST site, I updated my website to Avada 4.0.2 from Avada 3.9.4.
In theory, would Custom CSS work to make a Retina Logo larger than the standard “2x default size for monitors?”
For design reasons I set my Retina Logo (.png file) in Avada 3.9.4 to be larger than the suggested “2x default size” & it looks great without Custom CSS on 5K monitors!
But in Avada 4.0.2 this larger Retina Logo .png file no longer works on 5K monitors. (Avada 4.0.2 update only accepts 2x larger than default Logo size for Retina Logos)
On TEST site with Avada 4.0.2 – I can change the Retina Logo size to be larger than “2x” in Chrome/Firefox Developer Tools, but have had no luck with the Custom CSS.
If anyone here has any suggestions – I’d be so grateful.
Many tnx,
Omni
*In Avada – Custom CSS gets stored in the database – so Child Theme’s not required.
]]>-I’m using Theme Fusion’s Avada Theme for 2 websites & it’s my first experience via WP.
-I’ve Custom Css & Inline HTML elements added to Avada’s theme. I’ve been assured by Theme Fusion I don’t need a Child’s Theme for updating.
-Since Oct 2015 – Avada’s had 7 updates and a few have required days to repair my site. Many elements on site become completely changed, different and terrible looking. Theme Fusion support is very helpful.
-I’m now dealing with Avada’s recent update to 4.0.2. This time I updated on a “test” website via my Host to sort through the issues again.
Question:
Are all WordPress Premium Themes basically the same when it comes to updating issues? I had a simple website from 2010 made by a Web designer, and never had to do updates- so “updating” issues are new to me.
I understand the importance of updating, but would you know of amazing Premium Themes to purchase that are easier with updating OR would a Child’s Theme for Avada help?
I’d be so grateful to hear your opinion? . . Sorry this was kinda long.
Many thanks!

I need help, my menu’s on my website are working perfectly on my desktop, however as soon as you are on a mobile device you can no longer see the menu.

Please help
Gary
I tried to use this plugin with the Avada theme from Theme Fusion, but the comment box is inserted at the wrong spot.
For example, if you look at this page
https://www.teamclimaxede.nl/schijnwerper/john-pierre-cornelissen/
Then you see that the standard WordPress comment box shows all the way at the bottom. If I activate the facebook comments plugin, it doesn’t replace that standard box but
– it removes the standard box (which is ok)
– and inserts the facebook comments box right between the green ‘Steun de Roparun’ button and the ‘Details’ header, while the title of the comment box and the comment count is displayed next to that green button.
Is there a way to get the comments box right where the standard comments box is being displayed?
Thank you
John-Pierre

b) I’ve created portfolio page and like to show it in the menu but it won’t appear even it’s fully published.
Do anyone know how to fix these problems?
]]>I’m trying to find the origins of a WordPress short code [recent_posts_home] used in old version of the Avada theme (2.0.9) The newer recent_posts (Avada 3.4.3) gives a Flexslider output whereas I want to use this within tabbed content in a sidebar.
Any ideas please?!
Thanks
