Thanks in advance
]]>First of all, I want to express my admiration for your plugin. I recently purchased the Pro version, and I must say, it is an incredibly useful and well-designed tool. I truly appreciate the effort and dedication that went into its development.
I have encountered a technical issue and am reaching out for your assistance. I am using the plugin with the Calafate theme (Ajax Theme). The installation and activation of the plugin were successful, but I noticed that the theme does not function properly unless I disable the Ajax feature in the theme’s settings panel.
Since the Ajax functionality is essential for fully utilizing the Calafate theme, I would like to use the plugin alongside the theme without having to disable this feature.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide guidance or a technical solution to ensure compatibility between the plugin and the Calafate theme so that I can take full advantage of the features offered by both.
Thank you in advance for your time and support. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best regards,
]]>I am using Bloglo theme by Peregrine Themes and using the latest version of WordPress (6.4.3). I have set the settings for WP Last Modified Info to display “before content” but it still displays after the content at the very end of the page. Wondering if you can help.
thank you.
]]>I’ve been working with my website, Kahani, for quite a while now, and am all of a sudden experiencing an issue where ALL images are not displaying on the actual webpage. Some background info:
-Images are displaying perfectly fine in my media library as well as in my development/preview screens.
-I use Bluehost as my hosting provider. I know they recently updated their interface so I’m wondering if that’s causing an issue.
Is anyone else with Bluehost experiencing this issue? Any help/troubleshooting trips would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!
]]>I’ve run into an issue using Woocommerce and the 2023 theme that I’m hoping can somehow be resolved without changing theme:
On my website anonsounds.co.uk I have just started putting together a shopfront (i am rebuilding another website). The business sells spare parts, and a huge amount of them so we need category pages that display their subcategories, and products to be displayed only when you have reached a bottom-level subcategory.
The problem is that on the current theme, it only shows the products in a category, regardless of how many categories and subcategories that product has.
This can be seen on anonsounds.co.uk/products, where the only test product is visible. however this product has a category and 2 subcategories you should have to click through before you can find it. (I do have the correct settings set in the customiser for displaying categories and subcategories). Upon opening it in the breadcrumb menu you can see it has skipped displaying a category and two subcategories.
Upon switching to the shopfront theme in my staging site, without making any changes to plugins, the problem was immediately fixed, indicating to me it is a conflict with the 2023 theme and Woocommerce. I have also tested switching back to the original 2023 theme instead of my child 2023 theme but this did not fix the problem.
Has anyone got any idea what I could do to resolve this?
Kind Regards, Conor
