While using dokan lite with woodmart theme the checkout page’s billing state or Shipping state dropdown does not work. the dropdown shows when i click and hold on the state dropdown else it just disappears. Is there any script or css i can use to fix this?
When I change the theme to default twenty twenty three it works fine. Also when I deactivate dokan lite plugin it works fine. Only when theme is woodmart and dokan plugin is activated this issue appears. I couldn’t find any errors on the console log related to java script etc. Please help.
I am using conditional fields on one of my forms to show a “select” field depending on the selection of another “select” field. I noticed that when using a theme I purchased, the fields are not updated correctly. I have to click on another form field in order to update the select fields. However, when I use a default WordPress theme, the fields update immediately.
I also tested the markup of the form and conditions on the test plugin’s environment (https://conditional-fields-cf7.bdwm.be/form-tester) and it works fine. I contacted the theme’s support, but they were unable to find the reason for this issue. They mentioned that they cannot support a third-party plugin.
Where i can send you the credentials for my site so you can check it as well? I need to find a solution as soon as possible. I would really appreciate your cooperation and help.
Thank you.
]]>I tried your demo test on a mobile device, and the 4 images appear separately over at a time in the page, so you have to scroll to see the other images. Is it possible to display the images in a grid of 2×2 tried and columns instead so no scrolling is needed?
Also your description said we can make our own then – does that require CSS or other code knowledge? Is it compatible with all themes?
Thank you
]]>They way that themes build their theme template for comments or even for single type pages is not consistent which makes it hard to create a one-size-fits-all comment list and form.

I asked my paid support consultant to do the update for me six weeks ago, and (I believe some weeks later) I got a lengthy fatal error message in attempting to access the site. …

…which message of course is totally unintelligible to me.
When I inquired of my IONOS “dedicated consultant” he claimed that the upgrade to 8.1 was the problem, and changed it back to 7.4. He also said that the problem was “WP sites are incompatible with PHP versions 8.0 and above”. This seems seriously unlikely. Threadi confirmed that this is untrue, and also said that 8.1 is specifically compatible with WP 6.2, which I believe I am using.
However, when I look at my dashboard I cannot actually determine what PHP version is currently in operation (please show me how if I’m missing it).
In answer to someone else’s problem I checked for an update in my themes (Element and Element Child) and they are both up to date. I installed 2023 as a default theme, and also attempted to install Health Check as a plug in in order to troubleshoot further. However, HC says it is only compatible with PHP versions up to 7.something. Also, I don’t see Health Check appearing in my Dashboard as yet. I’ve corrected all the problems in the previous Health plugin, except one backup system doesn’t seem to be compatible, although I don’t see how to remove it. I have an alternate backup system.
Thanks for any assistance, and sorry if someone has asked a similar question that I have missed.

]]>I’m using MapPress with WpResidence theme, which uses OpenStreet, too.
The theme is for Realstate agencies, so on Property submissions it uses OpenStreet maps with autocomplete. However, when MapPress is active, the autocomplete functionality doesn’t place the pin on the map automatically.
It works well when I disable it.
There are errors from OpenStreet in the console. https://prnt.sc/gtSne0tT4q_C
Is there a way to fix this errors?
]]>I recently received an email from my web host stating that they tried to upgrade our PHP to v8.0 but it failed. I do not understand why and they have not given a reason. Could it be that my theme (iFeature Pro 5 Version: 5.1.0.6) is not compatible with with latest PHP version 8.0?
Our host now needs to charge us extra each month to maintain the website on PHP v.7.3
“`As promised in an email last week, we attempted to upgrade your site(s) to PHP v8.0. Unfortunately, we were unable to complete the upgrade on the following site:
orphansunlimited.org
Our system encountered at least one critical error during the upgrade process, and your site was automatically revertedto your previous PHP version (v7.3) as a precautionary measure. We’ve logged these errors for your convenience and have included them at the bottom of this email in case you would like to try upgrading on your own. See error report
Important Account Changes: PHP Extended Support
All websites running outdated, unsupported versions of PHP are required to include our PHP Extended Support service. This service will be added to your account on May 11, 2022 for an additional $5.00 monthly charge per account and will be automatically removedwhen all of your sites have upgraded to a supported version of PHP.`”
Please could anyone assist with a way forward? Preferably where we can avoid extra costs.
Thank you
