Hi, I have a problem viewing the site. If I open it with Mozilla I have no problems but if I open it with Chrome on Mac or mobile devices it gives display problems. Can I do something? How can I solve it? Has anyone else had the same problem?

I put in lots of effort to solve my speed problem especially related the mobile, JS and CSS problems in other plugins. But never ended up with the desired result except this app ! I present my special thanks to everybody who has served to develop this plugin. Most of them was broking the theme and plugings however this performed best to optimise the site with minimum broke After the optimisation, only my theme broke but I could exclude it in the admin panel.

I love you guys, pretty good job !

Olsen Light Child Theme Issue

Hi!

I have a travel blog with the Olsen Light Child theme.

Basically I was trying to find a way to disable the sidebar on some posts & I downloaded the Code Snippets plugin which ended up crashing my site when I tried to put code in it. I contacted Bluehost & they disabled all the plugins so I could go back in.

I reactivated them and everything is there except now the child theme is fully broken and I have no clue why or how to fix it, there’s quite a bit of custom code in it so I’d prefer not to start from scratch as I’m not the most WordPress savvy person out there.

The person at Bluehost can’t do anything to fix it and said to contact the theme makers – not sure if this is the right place??

Website is broken. Not able to load all the elements properly

I am using kadence theme in 2 of my websites. But all of a sudden wpbakes.com stopped showing elements properly, it appeared to be all broken. To confirm the error whether it was a theme error or something else, I checked in with my another site which had kadence theme too, It was working fine, but then i made some updates and then it also got broken, the site is digitalsharan.com, but again I don’t know this site got back to it’s proper state. I am not a core technical person so i might not convey the exact issue. I would request someone to look into the issue and identify it and let me know what needs to be done !

So I developed a website using the Green eco planet theme and it was working fine until yesterday. If I login to the dashboard and activate a different theme the website comes up but when I activate the Green eco planet the website gets broken and you get a critical error message or maybe just a blank screen. I really do not want to change the theme please help.

Hi, I want to use your theme only. All was working great until I added more KB’s and now the theme looks to broken. It is defaulting to standard twentytwenty theme, but I would prefer to not use this.

I reinstalled the premium plugin, but the issue still persists. I have a presentation Monday so really need some help to fix the theme.

Unable to edit pages on fresh install

I have a brand new install on AWS EC2 using the Bitnami WordPress + Nginx + SSL AMI and have freshly installed WP Ocean from the themes repo. However even with a fresh install I am unable to use elementor to edit pages. I have confirmed that elementor and wordpress are up to date (no pending updates). This is my third install using this setup and all 3 attempts have failed to work.

I am looking for assistance on how I can get it so I can edit pages using elementor like the theme is designed for.

Below are some more details:
WordPress version: 5.6
Elementor Version: Does not show in plugins page
Ocean WP install date: Jan 27 2021
Ocean WP version: 2.0.2 – confirmed latest as tried downloading from website and same version

Same problem someone else reported but their post seems to have been deleted. A few minutes after updating, WordPress said there was an update but it is broken as well.

Not sure what happened, but after adding this dangerous script to my site the WHOLE WORDPRESS CRASHED! I’m just lucky i backed up my site the night before. OMG be very careful…

Photolite update broke parts of my site

The update broke my main page slider, too. And you can only get to the menu on the desktop by clicking the semi-visible (it’s hidden behind the photoboxes) menu lettering that you see. The mobile version has NO menu option at all on the main page now.
