My website is functioning externally, but I am not able to change anything to my website due to the “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” error. I cannot figure out where my site is hosted, GoDaddy does not host it and it is also not showing where my domain is being used, and after a few nmap scans, all I can see is that cloudflare is hosting my site, which is not true.
I know the best way to fix this issue is to ftp in and begin manually reconfiguring my site, but I do not know how to do that. I have tried several iterations of the site url, preceding with “ftp.” or not, and trying all of those iterations with sftp. FileZilla was never able to establish a connection, so I have no idea how to edit my site. Do some users not get priviledges to access the ftp server?
Just fyi, I have 2 user’s login info, and if I login (which redirects me to that error posted above) and then remove the ending of the url so I go back to the main screen, I can see the admin bar that lets me see more options, a visual builder (which does not let me save anything) and every other button on the admin bar just forwards me to the same “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” screen. It seems like the login info is successfully logging in.

Thanks!
