Odd behavior with text wrapped around image

I’m struggling to get text to flow around an image. I mostly have it working but I get some very strange stuff when viewing on chrome browser. If I make the browser window smaller than full screen (checking to see how this looks on different sized screens) and change the width of the window, sometimes the image gets really tiny and the image text goes vertical. If I make the window size a it smaller or larger things go back to something more normal.

I’m new to WordPress and can’t tell is this is just a bug in Chrome, a computer bug (Chromebook) or something I’ve done wrong or left out.

Getting Tab Titles to Text Wrap

I have rather long titles on my tabs and the tab set quickly wraps to two lines (and, therefore, breaks the display of the tabbed interface). For the life of me, I can’t see how to get the tab title text to wrap. I’ve tried setting the width of the .responsive-tabs__list__item class, setting whitespace, word-wrap, and word-break. Nothing seems to work.

Is there a way I can have the text of the tab titles wrap so that they can be taller (but narrower)?

Hi. I recently upgraded from the Free version to the Pro version so that I could modify my layout a bit better. Although I see how to place the title above the photo, I’m wondering if I can wrap text around the photo instead of the default look (it being in its separate column on the left).

Hello everyone,

I’m pretty new to the whole WordPress thing, so please be kind. =)

Anyway, I’m trying to textwrap around a NextGen Image Gallery.

Here’s the link I’m troubleshooting:

The gallery I have tweaked to be just how I like it, but if there’s any way to get the text to start to the right of the image, as opposed to below it, that would be ideal.

I’ve been on Google for over an hour now trying to find a solution, but can’t seem to find anything.

Lets say I embed a youtube video in a small size, like 300 or something. Can I get my text to wrap around it, like it would a picture?

I miss more controll over size of embedded material.

I am building a college news site based on the Bernie theme. I have been inserting images in the manage post area by choosing Add Media>Upload from my computer>Caption””>Alignment: Right>Size: Full Size. Then I click Insert into post. The floating works fine in Firefox 2.0, but in IE6 the paragraph the image is inserted into wraps around the float fine, but the next paragraph always clears the float. I have tried manually to fix this in the style sheet with no luck. I have also looked in the codex etc. here is the link to the site I am working on so you can see what I’m talking about.

Text wrap glitch with IE7

I noticed with 2.3 today that if you use IE7 to wrap text around an image/thumbnail, it deletes the image from being visible in the Rich Text Editor.

I tried it on two different PCs running IE7.

I asked a colleague about it and what he suspects

is some sort of javascript quirk where empty dimensions mean “null,” it won’t allow “null,” so it fills in “1”—thus making the image 1×1.

To my knowledge, it hasn’t been happening with previous versions of WP.

It doesn’t happen with FFox.

However, how do I have some text wrapping around an image, and then stop the next paragraph of text wrapping too?
Here is an image of the post section:

In the first post I use a blank gif the width of the post to break.
In the 2nd I use a white dot (which apparently doesnt validate)
The 3rd and 4th post show the problem, the 4th image even extends beyond the post!

Nothing else I’ve tried works, any thoughts? If I can find it, I guess I can change the “img” quicktag to path to the blank gif.
