How to use different fonts (rtl and ltr, English and Hebrew)

Hello!

We are using Spacious on a website, everything looks nice and works fine.

We would like to use next to English a rtl language (Hebrew), as well. How can we use the appropriate font and editing method with the rtl text?

We have Polylang plugin installed.

Test Editors

Is there an editor that I can use to edit text blocks that is not complete crap? I have spent about 100 hours trying to create a new website for my business and have waisted countless hours trying to edit my text blocks. The formatting sucks, I can not even guess what I need to do in the editors to get it to show up correctly on the page. Nothing aligns with anything else, the text is all over the damn place. The shift key sticks when I try to move text. When I click on the text block it makes changes I can not undo or figure out so I just delete everything and start over. I have tried the WP editor, KC, KC pro they all seem to suck at different levels.

Any suggestions?

Inline editing does not work

Inline editing does not work in elementor paragraph fields. Header etc. fine, but not for paragraphs! Why? What to do??

The error occurs from a clean updated installation of wordpress and elementor.

Classic editor not working properly after update to WP 5.6

Hi,

I updated to WordPress 5.6 today and now when I try to add Youtube video links the video does not show up as it had before. When I add video into Guttenberg it’s fine.

I did the plugin conflict test be switching everything off. It turned out it seems to be Classic Editor itself causing the problem. I tested this by switching everything of except Classic Editor and the problem persisted.

Further to this, when I try a different method of adding a video, eg adding embed code to the “text” tab, this does work, but then I can’t seem to return to the “visual” tab and I then can’t add any other content.

I’m working with an old site. Switching off Classic Editor seems to cause problems in other ways, so I could do with finding a quick solution to this.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Text Editor Options Floating & Disappear

Hello,

I have two users setup on our test site that’s being built with Gutenberg. For the account I primarily use when I go to edit text the options to adjust color, bold, italic, add a link, etc. appear in the top menu bar – gotten use to this and find it works well.

However, my coworker when she goes in under her account and goes to edit a page she does not get the text editor options appearing in the top white menu bar. It appears as a floating menu that’s nowhere near where she’s editing and disappears when you scroll down the page. This is incredibly frustrating. I’ve tried logging out of my user profile and into hers and the issue still happens on her profile so it’s not computer specific.

Is there anything we can do so those options appear in the top menu when a text-based block is selected? I don’t get why one user has a totally different setting than the other when they are both administrator accounts.

This is just another frustrating issue in the list of things Gutenberg does randomly without reason – like adding new buttons to a page when they were never there in the first place.

Line height input not working properly

The line height cannot be changed. When I want to adjust, it removes the ‘period’. It cannot be added again, which limits the granularity of the line height settings to full numbers and no decimals.

Cannot edit or change font type

I recently updated plug ins and my themes upon logging in. When I went to write a blog post, I no longer had the option to edit my text (italics, bold, alignment, etc). I searched and have tried deactivating all plug-ins, activating them one at a time, changing my theme, but none have allowed me to edit as this page shows: https://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-fonts/

I have now been unable to write for a week since I’ve been messing with this. The little “plus” sign on my create blog post page won’t even allow me to add images. Please help.

My text editing tool is not visible. I am unable to change the font and the colour etc for any text.

I did check with the theme, and it says it is theme independent

I can only access the visual editor. When I click to toggle to the text editor there’s no response.

Change Text in Inner Page Hero

Hello. I have Mesmerize PRO as my wordpress theme. On my about page I have “About” at the top of the page within the Inner Page Hero image. I want to change that text. How do I do that?

I want to change the text, font, position, etc. The text on the home page is easily editable by just clicking it. Why can’t I do the same for other pages?
