I have successfully edited other pages on the site, but am at a loss as to how to view and edit the Home Page text. Can someone help?

Is there a way to change the text that appears after a successful booking?

Is there a hook or filter to change the sprintf without editing the plugin file itself or installing a translation plugin to change JUST that string?

I need to create/maintain a series of paragraphs, each with one or more images floated right. Some text paragraphs may be shorter than the image, some longer.

If I create a Paragraph block – I can copy&paste text into it, but as yet I have not been able (even though I’ve read the Help on how), to get an image into the paragraph, and do I read correctly that even if I succeed, I can’t control the size of the image?

If I create a Classic block – pasting doesnt work (using either Cntl+V or right button ‘copyAsText’

If I create a Table block – it can’t contain images?? Is this right?

What block am I supposed to use?
In other WYSIWYG software – it sorts it out for me. Why in Gutenberg do I have to know what’s available & best? What happens if during maintenance of the page I need to change the block type?

I need a series of paragraphs, each with an image floated right. But if the text is smaller than the height of the image, the following para needs an html clear:right so that it starts at the correct place.

How best achieve this?
I can code html, but the eventual users can’t.

I’ve added:
.group:after { content: “”; display: table; clear: both; }
to the Customised Additional CSS.

And on the page I’ve surrounded the paragraphs with:
<div class=”group”>
…. para’s here …
</div>

But it doesnt seem to work:(

As a second question – my 2 lines of html
1) <div class=”group”>
2) </div>
Both say on the edit page “This block contains invalid or invalid content”
How should I handle it??

The problem is that it has slowed my work down to a crawl and now I cannot edit text in the boxes.

I write in Scrivener or Word and then copy paste my review into the editor. I then add images and make corrections. I will get used to the editor but it doesn’t work.

If I spot a mistake or something I would like to change based on an image position in the page I click the error and change it, in the new editor I cannot click the error, when I do I manage to click the error and the moment I type something else the cursor moves to the top of the box and any changes are added there. If I want to change something or add something to the page I get the same problem.

Its extremely frustrating and the only solution at the moment is to make changes in the word or scrivener document and re-add the entire page. It’s slower and if I want to make a change based on the positioning of an image its impossible.

Please help as soon as possible I cannot continue to use WordPress if this keeps happening and if I have to go back to Dreamweaver it will mean I have to work alone on the site.

I’m new to wordpress and elementor 2.0.5 and I’m having a really odd issue with the english version of the about page of the website I’m currently working on.

So whenever I type “or” “and” in an elementor text edit section, I can no longer update it. The text box becomes greyed out and when I click on the update button I get:

Server Error (403 Forbidden).

– I have rollbacked to 1.9.8 but the issue remained.
– When I use a wordpress text edit box, it updates fine.
– I deactivated all plugins but that did not solve the issue.

If anyone has encountered this issue or has a solution, that’d be of great help!

We have disabled all of our plugins to see if any of them may be causing the issues but haven’t had any luck.

Edit: We are working on a fresh install of the latest version of WP (4.8.1).

This is the text I need to change:

Access to “Product Name 2” is restricted only to verified owners of or (REMOVE “or”) “Product Name 1”. Alternatively, access to this item will be granted after adding (REMOVE “a or”) a or “Product Name 1” to the cart.(CHANGE “cart” to “order”)
